Room was very clean, bed very comfy, staff very friendly. There was lots to choose for breakfast. Big car park. Close to shops and restaurants. Car hire is just round the corner. Very good value for money.

Hotel and service was excellent except for not getting joining rooms and unlimited soft play. We were travelling as a large group with many kids and it was difficult to deal with them as we were not together. On a previous visit we were able to put small kids to bed while we sat and relaxed after our trip, this...

Generally impressed. Having a sofa in the room is a massive boost for relaxing. Only slight gripe was being disturbed during the night by hearing the people above walking about frequently. Other than that all was well. Having an eatery adjacent was good, the staff were excellent and the hotel was nicely located for our needs

Stayed for a short notice 1 night with my two kids. Room was great with modern tellys which you can plug a USB into and good brew kit in the room. Comfortable as always and staff spot on Only giving 4/5 as restaurant staff were pretty slow with taking orders getting people seated and attuning to customers needs at dinner....

Great welcome from the receptionist and a very efficient check in Can't really say a lot about the rooms at Premier Inn as they are nearly all the same but it was clean and everything worked The nearby restaurant was OK and breakfast was again OK but I have to say the person looking after everyone at breakfast was really...

We had already checked in online so it was just a case of sign for the key. The wonderful lady on reception told us our room was near the rooms for...

Premier Inn always delivers the goods with its fantastic beds, Great shower and freshly cleaned rooms. We always choose Premier Inn if we can whenever we are away from home. The "Fill your boots" style Breakfast sets you up for the day quite nicely and adds to the value

I’m a regular user of Premier Inns, but have never felt the need to submit a review: My experiences have always been reliable, basic, reasonable value, generally unremarkable. Nothing to see here..... I’m moved to do so now by a couple of factors about my stay at Tindale Crossing, Bishop Auckland. Firstly, I was allocated my one night stay in...
