The hotel is very clean and very friendly reception staff who even booked us a taxi into twickenham for the rugby. Room was lovely comfy beds, then there was breakfast... at £14:95 per person we were very unimpressed. It's a buffet and when we got down to breakfast everything was empty we had to go and find a member of...

The hotel is ideally situated for passing through London Heathrow airport and is reachable via one of the Hoppa Bus services. The staff is friendly and the standard of sleep good despite its proximity to the airport. Internet is easy and sufficient.

Rooms were clean but basic. We had an executive suite, anywhere else it would have been classed as a standard room. We also paid up front for a two course dinner deal in the restaurant only to find that the menu was limited to one or two items being part of the deal. Parking was good.

We stayed here after arriving on a late flight into Heathrow. You can get the shuttle bus from any of the terminals for a small price. This is a modern hotel, and good for recharging your batteries before or after a flight. There was a wedding on the night we stayed, however the bar and lounge area were very quiet....

We used the Mercure at Heathrow both on our outward and our return journeys overseas from Heathrow Airport and left our car there whilst we were overseas. It was perfect for our purposes. We would readily use it again.

stayed in better, stayed in worse. Good service, nice reception/bar area, rooms ok but looked tired in places. Kept awake by mystery noise (fan like) which seemed to go off every hour or so, also noise issue from nearby motorway.

This was my second visit as I had booked a mystery 4 star Holiday Extras hotel near Heathrow. I requested a quiet room as the room I had on my previous visit had noisy heating pipes and I was really pleased with the room I was allocated this time. I only wish I could have stayed longer to make more...
