Stayed as a solo traveller flying from LHR. Easy to get to using the 423 bus (2nd stop) and takes about 5 - 7 minutes. Check-in was quick, and the option to check-in early for £10 (normal time is 3pm). Staff polite and helpful. Had an airport view room which was great. Bed was comfy, with sockets at the bedside. Decent sized table with plenty of sockets there also. Fridge in the room and tea, coffee provided with kettle.
Room had plenty of shelves and hanging area and a large vanity mirror with lights. Bathroom had an over bath shower. Even though room faced airport there was no noise from aircraft. There is a smoking shelter. Next door there is a McDonalds and a garage with shop.
Will definitely be using again if flying from LHR.

I stayed at this hotel the night before flying out from Terminal 5, I booked on line and a double room was £51.50, everything in the room was spotless and there is a car park right next door where you can park for as long as you like a lot cheaper than you might think. Reception staff were very polite and check in was a simple process, check out even easier as you just drop off your key in a box. There is a free shuttle service to the airport which takes under 10 minutes. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel rooms, easy check in. We required two rooms requested they were close together although on the same floor couldn’t be further away! Rooms very clean, complimentary tea and coffee. Towels, powerful shower the only thing that could be done better is to provide USB ports in the rooms within the sockets, with children everything needs charging to keep the happy on long journey and this seems to be an oversight. Hair dryer and iron/iron board in each room is standard. It’s the only premier that we have stayed in that hasn’t provided one of these. Breakfast high quality freshly prepared made to order, 2 kids eat free for every adult having breakfast.

This hotel was booked the night before a trip to Crete for a week to try and rest after what is described in my opinion a mad life changing few months. The hotel staff welcomed us and recommended we wore masks around the hotel unless eating or drinking. This is fair enough as we will always play our part in reducing risk to others.

The room we were allocated was number 11! This is an accessible room as my Wife is now less abled to clamber in and out of baths. The room was presented in nipping clean condition, typical Premier Inn style really and didn't look dated which was great too.

With regards meals I would say there is limited options in this area. I spotted a Pub in the village down the road and there is a McDonald's next door. We decided to eat in the hotel and be warned there is no drinks at all on tap and your food is served in cardboard boxes!! (sign of the times!! Joy!!!) None the less the food we had was really nice (Carbonara/Brownie) and went down a treat. Breakfast was a choice by a waiter then cooked for you. They also brought out cold items you wished and you could help yourself to coffee and toast. One benefit from this is maybe there will be a reduction in food waste.....??

Overall an excellent, typical Premier Inn stay! This hotel is very near T5 with a jump on the 423 bus (Free as hotel is in Free flow Zone!!) which stops opposite the hotel and is very convenient. Well recommended!

My mother passed away unexpectedly during a family reunion in Montreal. My father had to travel home to South Africa alone. I had originally booked an overnight stay for my parents return trip to break up the journey, but needed to change the date and change the booking to an early check-in as my father only needed the room for a day. Premier Inn Terminal 5 Heathrow Hotel was spectacular in how they managed the changes and then made sure my dad got breakfast, lunch and even a phone charger. They literally took care of him. You cannot ask for more. Conrad and his team were exceptional.

I have probably stayed in this hotel around 15 times with other stays at the Premier Inn on Bath Road. I always chose this hotel for its convivial restaurant and comfortable, quiet rooms. The rooms are certainly comfortable and very clean. The heating in our first room was not working, the controller would not activate the system. After 3 visits to reception and, apparently, 3 attempts at the heating being reset, the duty manager finally came to our room and agreed that it did not work. So we got to change rooms - finally.

I had pre-booked dinner, We were seated by a waitress who announced that the chicken Caesar salad, sirloin steak and chicken makhani curry were off the menu - and this is on a trimmed down menu. The message was delivered in a very matter of fact way. No apologies.

Our waiter was lovely but we were already feeling underwhelmed. The meal deal is not mentioned on the menus but can still be had. We ordered two spinach and sweet potato curries.

The food was delivered on the sort of cheap white plates that are the very cheapest with the curry itself in small white bowls, same style as the plates. Uninspiring presentation and small portions but the food tasted nice. The curries were supposed to come with mango chutney and I asked for this when the food was set down. The server said he would get it. It never arrived. Desserts were in the £5 plus range so we passed. I know that things have been so tough for hotels but, having travelled fairly extensively in Greece and the Middle East these past two years, other establishments are not fobbing customers off with sub standard offerings. I know this can be improved to restore the hotel to the standard it was.

I arrived this morning and asked if I could possibly check in to my room a little earlier as I felt unwell.
Anna on reception could not have been more helpful.
Although it was only 10 am and check in is officially 2 pm she contacted housekeeping and asked them to expedite the cleaning of my room and I was checked in within an hour of arriving.
Whilst I was waiting for my room Anna made me a peppermint tea and took my overnight bag for safe keeping behind reception.
Anna showed empathy and kindness which was very much appreciated.

Best value for money at Heathrow Airport. The rooms are adequate and quiet, beds are very comfortable. Proximity to Terminal 5 is about 10 minutes on the local 423 bus..which is faster than the Hoppa and stops right across the street, so very convenient. The restaurant has a good menu selection which is reasonably priced and good quality. I have stayed at this Hotel many times since it opened and the standard has always been excellent. It is a small at 350 rooms so is not like many of the other Hotels around Heathrow as it gives the feeling of being more personal, which I like. It is also very close to Long Stay Parking which is a big plus.

After a bit of difficulty finding The Premier Inn this did not detract from our very comfortable experience. The room was very good, with a very comfortable bed. We took the opportunity and had the meal deal with included a 2/3 course dinner and a full English breakfast. The dinner was very tasty having chosen it from a good menu. The service was very attentive by very friendly waitresses. A very big surprise was that there was a free bus service to T5 from just outside the Inn. This proved to be a bonus to me as only my partner was travelling and therefore she was able to take the opportunity of the bus and I could check out at a more advantageous time. Will definitely return to this Inn.

We stayed here after my wife returned from Asia. We usually stay at the other Premier Inn on Bath Road but saw a good deal here. I am a wheelchair user and found the attention to detail exceptional. The person who checked me in spent a long time to make sure I was in the most convenient and closest accessible room. The facilities were excellent. The room was easily heated and the bed very comfortable and roomy. Great access to all terminals, about 10 minutes to 2 & 3, but what stood out was the service. Every member of staff was super friendly and seemed determined to make our stay as good as possible. The food was great. We had the meal deal. Even at breakfast, the lady offered to go to the buffet for me. The service in all was very customer focused, we felt we were leaving good friends at the end. We will certainly use Premier Inn wherever possible in future.

I think the number is 423. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the road to the hotel and it takes about 10 mins. It is much cheaper than the airport bus. The hotel staff will give you all the details.
