We booked through booking.Com and arrived after a long journey from the north east. We were tired from the journey so imagine our shock to find what looked like a hostel! We rang the bell. No answer. We rang a mobile number on the front door and an Asian man came to greet us. He looked quite disheveled and his... More

If you look past the obvious cheapness, its actually pretty good value for money we saved around 250 GBP over other offers in the area at short notice and really didn't notice the environment, its supplemented by the sainsburys express over the road and dont expect much in the way of paper work. but it works and got me out... We stayed here before we went on holiday as it was cheap enough to stay and leave the car at the hotel for 2 weeks, or so we thought! We paid £75 and this was well over priced for a room on this dump. The bedding had holes in them and even blood stains!!!!! Shower was infested in mould and... More

Dirty and noisy. Thanks that it was just for a night. On the morning, before I left they were all the bed sheets on the floor from every room ,there was a death fly on the shower room, and it seemed that was there for long. On the door and carpet of the room ,you could see stains all over. Not recomended.

A group of 6 of us stayed here as we were eating at a local Italian. It's very dated but clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. I double and 3 singles in the room. There is no bar but a Sainsbury local opposite so we just brought wine and plastic cups from there! We had great fun and... More

Recently stayed at the Gatwick Inn, Horley, overnight before having to go to Gatwick early the next morning. Hotel was fine for the price expected, however we have now found that we have been charged twice and have been unable to find any email contact details for the hotel and the only number given anywhere (01293774553) constantly is unobtainable.
