I appreciate your kind comments and am so glad you had a good stay before your big family holiday. Self serve breakfast is available for all, even very early leavers and there are food bags if anyone fancies taking away bits n bobs.I look forward to welcoming you again in the future Chrissy :0)

Over the past three years, my partner and I have stayed at Three Acres the night before holidays when we're flying from Gatwick Airport. The B&B is quiet with comfy beds so we've always got a good nights sleep. Some of the ensuite bathrooms are smaller than others but the smaller ones are adequate. The continental breakfast is good and...

Three Acres is a lovely, no nonsense, quiet B&B. The bedrooms aren't big, but provide what one needs in a B & B. Guests are left in peace by the owner, but she will help you with all sorts of things if asked. Breakfast is a DIY-thing, which is relaxing for you can decide yourself what, when and how. Good...

Very many thanks for making time to share your views, it is always good to see your friendly face, several times a year when you come over from Belgium to shop and meet your friends locally. This weekend I am busy glossing skirting boards so when you come again at the end of this month, with your friends the place will...

I've been staying at Three Acres several times a month for nearly a year now. I work as a pilot for a large orange airline and being able to stay here just minutes from Gatwick is perfect when I have very early report times or late finishes to save on a long commute home. Christine the owner is always able...

I have stayed in a number of B&Bs around Gatwick Airport but for me this one ticks the most boxes in terms of value for money, location and service. The rooms come in a variety of sizes but they are always clean, and t&c, biscuits and water are provided every day. Chrissy is always very helpful in sorting things out...

We booked this based on previous reviews and the good price for parking. The property is ideal for Gatwick but unfortunately that's as good as it gets. On walking in to the property it smells damp and there were cobwebs all along the entrance corridor. The en suite room we had was cramped and can only be described as "well...

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry about the cobwebs, these do appear suddenly as semi rural, but I have considered my wrists slapped ! As to the other comments, there were some marks on the wall from the night before cause by knocking from suitcases , have now re painted....not noticed any damp smell, but I did have...

We stayed for one night before our flight to Vienna. The room was small but perfectly manageable. Bed was extremely comfy and had a free view tv in the room. The host was very helpful and booked our cab to the airport for £5 which turned up on time. There is secure parking round the back of the house to...

Very handy for airport, secure parking and out of the flightpath! Our hostess helpful and informative. Organised taxis for us and checked that we were fully up to speed with all arrangements. Would stay again.
