Qasim couldn't have done enough for us from excellent communications, to cooking delicious poached eggs and taking us to the airport in a very comfy minibus. It is a lovely house and we had a very comfortable night sleep, as a couple of others mentioned the ensuite is on the tight side for my 6ft 4 husband, but we didn't visit to shower as such! It is a very handy 5 mins from Gatwick and absolutely no hassle leaving our car for the week. We will be back thanks so much Qasim.

What a great place. The Lawns is now a must for our trips out of Gatwick, accommodation fantastic, car parking spot on transfers so convenient. Quasim is such a great guy perfect for this business always interested in your trips and so efficient. His instruction are so clear not even I get it wrong. We definitely will be using The Lawns again when flying out of Gatwick and advise our friends. Well done Quasim

We very much enjoyed our stay and only booked with this accommodation as our usual place which have used for years was not available. However we are now going to make this guest housel our airport accommodation going forward. The room was lovely and comfortable with a very good breakfast, and Quasims communication was excellent. We will stay there again without doubt.

Fab place! Stayed here prior to travelling the next day at Gatwick. Rooms very clean and adequate for our stay. We arranged parking there which was easy and very efficient. A taxi was booked for us and we were collected after the holiday. Arrangements being made prior to going away which again was an easy and efficient process!! Thoroughly recommend!

A cosy and very welcoming guest house. The owner,manager,chef,driver etc is a most humble person ready to accommodate to make his guest happy and comfortable. To be commended for his time management skills. Breakfast is continental very fresh and sufficient. Rooms well prepared and very clean. Location is within three minutes walk from an excellent Italian restaurant and more shops are simply further up the road. Location five minute drive from Gatwick South terminal. This place is highly recommended.

Once again another very pleasant stay at The Lawn Guest House. Always a friendly greeting from Quasim. Large airy room with comfortable bed and excellent quality linen. Modern bathroom with large shower. Very good quality large white towels. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Very adequate light continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

The lawn guest house Stayed here with my wife just for a night before we flew from Gatwick Airport. This is a very nice and clean house , with the most welcoming young man on the front desk . 10/10 location for Gatwick 5 mins 10/10 clean 10/10 for restaurant choice But very very sad to say the beds that we had were so hard and uncomfortable, we did not want to complain about it there as the chap was such a great person just something to keep in mind as the main reason of the stay was to sleep witch we did not get

Over the years we have stayed in a number of guest houses in Horley and I have to say this one is the best. The rooms are nicely decorated with tea and coffee facilities, comfy beds and lovely fluffy pillows. The bathroom was fitted to a high standard. The owner is really nice and friendly and for a small price he took us to the airport and picked us up when we returned from our holiday. We will definitely stay here again.

Another stay at The Lawns Guest house and as usual it was exactly what we needed before an early flight next morning. Large spacious room with comfortable bed, modern bathroom with large white fluffy towels. A very friendly welcome from Quasim as usual. It's the only place for us when using Gatwick Airport as it is so convenient being only a 5 minute drive away.

We’re flying from Gatwick airport and needed an overnight nearby. I’m so glad that we chose this place. We were given a family room even though it was just the two of us. It is nicely decorated with a very nice bathroom. The first thing that impressed me was the friendly reception from the owner. But what I really appreciate is how scrupulously clean it is with thick snowy white towels in the bathroom. They haven’t scrimped on quality. We have to be off early in the morning so haven’t booked breakfast. We’re only 10mins from the airport and although the guest house can provide a transfer (extra cost), or we can grab a taxi, we decided to just get the frequent bus with a stop just along the road. There’s several good places to eat just up the road.
