We spent one night while transferring between Gatwick and Heathrow since our flight connections didn't work out, and this was a lovely little place to stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the huge breakfast was a welcome surprise. The staff was very friendly and the hotel extremely clean. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore...

Was very happy with our one night stay at this Horley guesthouse. I had a good night's sleep, which was saying something for me. We were very comfortable and well looked after. It is just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of Horley and only a few minutes' further to the railway station. And, of course, only...

We travelled from Devon for an overnight stay with our daughter who had an early flight the next day. Warm welcome from the owner and the room was very clean as was the bedding - I am very particular! Tea making facilities with a glass bottle of filtered water in the room. Breakfast room is spotless and a good choice...

I've stayed in two B&B's on this road and this is by far the best one of the two. Even before you arrive at the Southbourne Frank likes to call you to check what time you will be checking in. If you are arriving late they have a very easy late check in process. The B&B has a lovely homely...

We, three adults, shared a room for overnight stay arriving at Gatwick after midnight. There were no night duty but we were given access instructions/codes to the guesthouse. This worked well. We were also advised to call a local cab company for taxi, but did instead pick up a taxi at the line at Gatwick. This cost us 15 pounds,...

We stayed at the Southbourne guest house for an overnight stay. The staff was very courteous, the room clean and hygenic and the it's 5 min away from the Gatwick airport. Overall a wonderful experience with good value for money.

Stayed here overnight whilst visiting family. Was very pleasantly surprised. Very welcoming. Room spotlessly clean with lovely fluffy towels, curtesy tray including a bottle of filtered water. Continental breakfast was really nice, with good choice and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely any here again

On arrival I was greeted in a friendly and warm fashion by Franc. He briefed me on the need to close the shower room door when using the shower as the steam tends to set off the fire alarm. A common event in many hotels. The continental breakfast was good and the two members of staff on duty ensured that...

After returning from a trip through Europe I needed a place close to Gatwick Airport for the night. The guesthouse was lovely, bed comfy, room and bathroom spotless. Frank was friendly and helpful. Take his advice and have dinner at the old pub (sorry, can't remember it's name). Horley is a pleasant place conveniently located near the airport.

It's rare to find a b and b in the UK with a ground floor room, which this had. There was a seat in the shower: another rare find. Kettle with tea and MILK and biscuits: so welcoming! Horley is a nice little village with interesting shops, including at least three charity shops, plus there are many restaurant choices. It...
