A very old hotel (1780 or so) which has a nice vintage atmosphere. Well situated in the center of town, has it's own bar & restaurant as well as free parking. Spacious room, nicely furnished. A few downsides though: breakfast buffet was generous but some...More
Pretty average and standard hotel, but then I wasn't expecting an upmarket experience for £50/night! ;)
Reception was well-appointed, and on-site car park was convenient (although difficult to reach given Stirling's convoluted one-way system, not aided by traffic flow management at the time of arrival)....More

As said above, there is a lift from the carpark up to reception and the other floors. When I was there I saw a gentleman in a wheel chair using this lift and sharing the lift with companions, so though small the lift is adequate. The problem is getting into the car park, which is behind the hotel, especially if you are new to Stirling. Then having found the car park finding a space may be difficult depending on the time of day. Speak to the hotel directly, they may have disabled spaces set aside.
