The host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We needed to be away the next morning early and she got our breakfast ready at an early hour especially. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable, hard to get out of with our early start! Breakfast was delicious, with great quality food, and even treats for our dog. Would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you

We booked for a 0ne night stay Sat 27th Nov 2021. We arrived to the warmest of welcomes from Valerie! We wanted a family room as there was myself, my wife and our daughter, they didn't have a family room but, Valerie was so accommodating she offered to put a single bed in a double room. She barely charged us for our daughter's stay. The room was spotless and had an ensuite that was also spotless! The room was very spacious and although we were only staying for the night the wardrobe and drawer space was more than enough. There was plenty of tea/coffee & hot chocolate on offer in the room. The beds were comfy and we had a good nights sleep all round. The breakfast was served in a beautiful spacious dining room that overlooked the garden. The full English breakfast was ample and kept us going all day, with plenty of juice, hot drinks and toast. The waitress was extremely pleasant and Valerie came to check we were OK. Will definitely return at some point.

What a beautiful staycation at a spotlessly clean person centred hotel The lady of the house is a ray of positivity and an excellent host making the guest feel very welcome and at home Room clean and well supplied Comfy bed and no noise to content with and the jewel in the crown was the tasty breakfast cooked to order with a full English breakfast the veritable highlight Highly recommended and we will definitely be making a return trip very soon
