Park Farmhouse B&B is a lovely place to stay. Located at Washaway about 20 minutes drive to Padstow, and within easy reach of a load of other places to visit, the room we had was lovely and with much more character than the usual hotel room. It had full tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, TV and an ensuite bath and...

Phil and Helen were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived a little late as coming down from the Midlands, we had a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was lovely, huge bed, warm and cosy which overlooked the garden. The room had tea and coffee facilities with a delicious piece of lemon cake. Breakfast was delicious, full English, toast...

We recently stayed two nights here and had a most enjoyable stay. We had the suite at the top of the house comprising two double bedrooms and bathroom. The property itself is an old charming farmhouse situated between Bodmin and Wadebridge, and whilst on the main road, still felt very rural and tranquil. Phil and Helen are great hosts with...

Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a comfortable relaxing stay. We stayed 4 nights and loved it. The breakfast was surpurb, the rooms are warm, cosy and the beds are comfortable. The owners are lovely and bend over backwards to make your stay the best. The location is spot on. Thankyou!!

Although the proprietors gave...

On our trip through the Southern part of The UK we stopped here for 4 days as we thought it is a good "headquarter" for our trips to the different areas/highlights of Cornwall - and it was indeed. The rooms have all you need and the hospitality of Helen and Phill was outstanding. You have the impression that they rest...

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, imaculately clean with lots off added extras which made our stay special. Helen gave us home chocolate cake upon arrival which was delicious. Perfect location for ease of travel throughout western cornwall. Lovely old farmhouse with character but all the amenities you need. Full of character so much better than souless places and a garden that is a haven to relax in with lovely plants and flowers. Accomodation wise we had a lovely clean room with plenty of space, spotlessy clean, every amenity...

My boyfriend & I stayed here between 29th May-3rd June 2016 & what a pleasure it was. It was my first visit to Cornwall so everything was all new to me. We was welcomed by Helen, who then proceeded to show us to our room, explained all the basic things (fire exits, what time breakfast is etc) & offered us...
