Outstanding .Stayed last Friday night and sadly they were full sat so could not stay . Very welcoming met the delightful amAshley who gave us a wonder downstairs room as mobility not great . Room very clean , lovely bar upstairs overlooking the beach . Met Jason night man who was charming . I t he am metGreg the manager and had lovely chat with him complimenting him on the hotel . He the revealed it is a non profitable hotel and with money left over they cook in their kitchen for the homeless. This is truly amazing and I intend to contribute well done fab breakfast fab stay fab staff what more could you wish for . Thank you so much .Don abs Barbara d

Came across this hotel on booking.com . A lovely welcome from all of the team especially Ashley. The room was very clean and comfy beds. The continental breakfast was gorgeous. Bottom end of Weston so a bit of a walk , but overlooking the beach. I would definitely stay over again. The manager told us about how it’s been taken over by the YMCA so it’s nice to know it’s a charity run hotel. Altogether a warm welcoming hotel. I would recommend it, a budget price, but full of charm.

This is a traditional English seaside hotel. We liked the location, right opposite the sea, we liked the breakfast even thought it is continental only, comfy beds and clean. The only down was the shower, the water press5was just a little low. Not posh by any means but well meaning.

I recently stayed at the beach Weston. when I walked into the hotel I was greeted by a lovely young woman called Ashleigh and she made me feel really welcome and comfortable around her and then also got introduced to a lovely guy called Jason who when above and beyond for me, but when I went down in the morning for breakfast which was very nice there was a blonde girl I didn’t take her name as she was rude to me and made me feel really uncomfortable and made me want to go eat my breakfast in my bedroom she made me feel like I shouldn’t be here and that I was so uncomfortable around her I didn’t want to ask for anything as the look she was giving me and tone of voice was unacceptable but apart from my experience with with this one individual the rest of my stay was really good.

Went for 3 nights for parents birthday. First time since 2019 they had been away from home. Staff were amazing especially Jason who went above and beyond to celebrate moms birthday. Ashley, Sam and Emma were also very accommodating and nothing too much trouble to make our stay very welcoming.
