We married in the 12th and decided to have a day and night away the next day just to take the previous day all in. We chose so well! Yes it's a traditional seafront hotel but don't let that deter you because the welcome, the staff, the greeting were 5*****. We loved our double room and we found it exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. The bathroom was spot on, the bed was soooo comfy and every aspect of the hotel we found perfect. We opted to stay in and enjoyed a pint on the benches outside and the staff were so engaging and again, welcoming. Our last impression was the breakfast. Although pre cooked it was ALL hot, tasty and so fresh. So THANK YOU Sandringham, you made our visit perfect and we will be back soon
I stayed at this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary I can say from the minute we walked in to our room they had decorated it with 25th wedding anniversary banners and balloons and a card I think this was really lovely lovely hot shower comfybed lovely Seaview very friendly staff they go and brother Beyond the job thank you can't wait to come again keep up the good work and don't let people put you down
I stayed at this hotel recently with my friend for the week definitely would not recommend it. The food was inedible so had to spend more money eating out and on our last day there was a substantial amount of money stolen from our locked hotel room which we were led to believe no one would enter due to covid. Staff weren't interested and the person I spoke to about it was rude and didn't believe me no apology whatsoever disgraceful and disgusting will never use the hotel again.
Not very good at all. No plug for bath. Apparently a bath isn’t required ? Outrageous. Hot water eventually if you are prepared to wait. No sink in bathroom. Instead in bedroom with carpet ? Odd. Extremely outdated. On every level. Toilet flush broken. No remote for tele. Overall just not very good. When asked for alternative room was told nothing available. Would not recommend and would never stay here again. Furthermore the car park isn’t owned by the hotel and neither are the 960 spaces. Take change for this, as it’s not free. Good luck !
Stayed at the hotel sat 28th to 30th of august had a really nice time on the day we were checking out we went down for breakfast when my friend realised she had left her bag in her room which she never did but we thought thats fine she would get it after breakfast so we went to our rooms checked out and walked over the road for a coffee she opened her bag and all her money had gone out her purse £100 we went back to hotel and the manager in so my words called my friend a liar and that this had never happened in the hotel no apology or nothing so if you are staying here please keep all money on you at all times would never go here again
