Great location and breakfast. Rooms basic but clean. Parking a good walk away and costing £3 for 24 hours. Lots of stairs so not easy for the less mobile, there is a lift but access is up a couple of steps.

Hotel needs to be updated very old internal decs. Worst was during the night there were several arguments, swearing and shouting between other guests but it happened all night long there was no let up and the hotel did nothing to stop it! Absolutely disgusting behaviour shame on the hotel for allowing this to take place with families and elderly...

Second time we have visited, this hotel may not be rated a five star hotel but the staff and the owner are some of the best we have dealt with. The rooms were clean and comfortable ( unfortunately the room we had 422 did not have a very nice outlook). As I said the staff did go the extra mile...

Stayed here by myself and felt completely comfortable. Hotel could do with a bit of a facelift but I didn't go expecting 5 star luxury. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Was nice to have a pub attached to the hotel so I felt I could stay out longer, entertainer on was good. Breakfast was lovely and lots provided. Right...

We booked this hotel last minute even though it wasnt the first option i cant really complain for how close it was to the beach etc and we had a decent enough view, was a bit small and old fashion decor needs a revamp and but all in all was ok

Myself and my wife stayed for three nights and enjoyed the break together, the room was clean and tidy with TV and coffee and tea making facilities, we had a good view of the sea and the pier, we will be going again shortly, they do a good breakfast

Currently on our fourth day here and have nothing but compliments. We had read that the staff were friendly, and that certainly applies to everyone we have come across from reception to dining room to housekeeping. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. Our room is newly refurbished overlooking the pier, everything is spotless, and the meals are outstanding. The only...

I found the hotel very good value for money. The outside looked a bit 'tired' but I was pleasantly surprised when I went in. The staff were very friendly& helpful. The room I stayed in was a decent size & the bathroom suited a purpose - the only criticism of the bathroom would be the shower head was fixed so...

We booked the Sandringham Hotel after being let down by the Arosfa, and I am so glad we did! We took a bus trip of 40+ to The Sandringham and what can I say? It was fabulous! From our seamless check in (all rooms ready) to a friendly and inviting bar the stay was wonderful. The rooms were warm, tidy...

We visited here on Wednesday the 6th,staff were lovely but the room was most unappealing. The shower room extremely small and the windows so horrendously draughty we could see the curtains (that had paint all over them!),billowing through the night. Due to being there for an easier business trip I would also say to people bear in mind breakfast isn't...
