My wife and I stayed for three nights in July during second week of Wimbledon. Everything was excellent. Room, breakfast, evening meal and 6-8pm Happy Hour at the bar. We've booked again for August - RUGBY LEAGUE CUP FINAL. Best of all - THE STAFF. Only a short walk from North Sheen Station or a 15 minute walk to Richmond...

We found the hotel easily enough, walked from train station (turn right). Straight flat walk so now worries there. Richmond is lovely if you have spare time to nosey around the shops (turn left). The hotel is standard Premier Inn, so great. Arrived early but allowed to have own room. It’s clean, secure and a lot bigger on the inside,...

We were lucky enough to get Wimbledon tickets again this year & didn't want to travel up & back in the same day so after staying at the Richmond Premier Inn last year, we booked again for one night. Again an excellent choice: decent room, comfortable bed, good breakfast & convenient for Richmond Station to get into London on the...

Safe, comfy overall stay. Staff well trained and experienced. Breakfast too expensive though. Rooms at back of hotel quieter than the front. Walls a bit thin-can hear people above and below you as well as from corridor. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Travelled to Richmond for a family wedding, premier inn was just what we needed and great location, staff all very helpful. Breakfast was great with kids eating free and having two hungry teenagers was great value for money.

Consistent, clean and welcoming, this is the 'norm' for Premier Inn. Unfortunately this is not what I experienced at Richmond. Apart from one member of staff who tried to be as accomodating as possible, the rest of the team were more concerned with 'clock watching' and counting down the minutes till their shift finished. Rude, ignorant staff who were quite...

Nice hotel, all great. It is on a very busy road and next to Heathrow, but the isolation is great and when you close the window you can't hear the noises.. Excellent breakfast (Full premier in brekkie)
