I was on a business visit and my office was close to the hotel so that was the only advantage of staying here and it is near to the station as well , other than that the rooms are spacious compared to london standards but over rated. The receptionist were not cordial or never helped in getting the luggage to...

We stayed here last weekend and will return next time we're in London. I booked the hotel due to its proximity to the M4 and the fact it had parking available. The staff were really helpful all weekend and although you have to check out at 11am they allowed us to leave the car there for the day. The district...

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 3 night stay. A quiet, very clean hotel with friendly staff and a fantastic location, only a short walk to shops, railway station, bars and river side walks. Ham House, Hampton Court and Kew Gardens are all within easy reach. As this is Richmond be prepared for some aircraft noise. Would stay here again when...

Excellent location, opposite two pubs, takeaways etc. Just 3 minutes walk from a supermarket and 5 minutes from the high street and Richmond Underground station. But still in very quiet residential location. Brilliant! Room and bathroom size was average. It had several power outlets available plus a european one! However the bed was squeaky, that was an unpleasant surprize. Average...

Excellent location close to the station and shops. Good sized room that was clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful when asking for extra pillows (only one per person given) and towels. Small car park on site was convenient. Flight path for Heathrow is close by so some aircraft noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again.

We needed somewhere central as husband was running a half marathon and this hotel ticked all the right boxes for us. Will definitely return to use as base for visiting Hampton Court, Ham House and Kew Gardens. Only booked room, and got a lovely suite, two bathrooms, two TV's and unbelievably quiet and good nights sleep. Vastly exceeded our expectations...

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Richmond. The area is really nice and the building looked great. The service was splendid and the rooms looked really clean. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Richmond.

We stayed 2 nights. Easy to find- good location and quick walk to train station. Five minutes to Richmond Park too. Room was clean, bed comfy. Not glamorous or fancy but an ideal base for visitors to London. There is some overhead plane noise but the area itself is quiet.

We ended up here as a last minute stop late after a long journey. We were charged £156 and for that price were given a suite as no doubles were left.Initial impressions of a very clean but dated interior with cheap furniture and knock knacks. The bed was reasonably comfortable with cheap foam pillows and polyester sheets. The bathrooms were more...

We were eating out at the Rock and Rose for a family birthday celebration while visiting from Ireland. We wanted to find somewhere nearby so we thought we'd give this place a go. I have been to Richmond many times and never new this hotel existed. We were pleasantly surprised, the staff are friendly while the hotel is larger than...
