Spent a weekend in February '17 at this great little hotel overlooking Loch Levan. Fantastically friendly staff, so accommodating and hospitable. Great food, great atmosphere and lovely rooms. Would highly recommend.

The annex is a total disgrace. Poor quality bed and they have some cheek charging money to stay in this they really do. It's a bit like living in a cold and damp garage

We stayed in the main hotel and have no idea about the annex rooms. Everything was good except that the fire alarm went off at 2:30am because someone was smoking in their room.
