We stayed for one night early in December in a double room. Lovely friendly hotel with a warm welcome from reception and bar/restaurant staff. Really nice combination of traditional and modern. Room was well equipped with fresh towels, very comfortable bed and pillows and spotlessly clean. The restaurant food was very tasty, well presented with great service. Lovely traditional bar...

Excellent service from courteous and friendly staff. Good food and comfortable rooms. Cosy wood panelled bar with a huge array of speciality gins to choose from. Beautiful location with magnificent views. Close to the start of the Cycle path along the old disused railway line to Oban. The hotel welcomes dogs at a small extra cost.

A really good lunch for a fairly large group of people. There were about 30 of us and the food was hot, served us all together and were very welcoming. In all - a welcome change from most venues for a Christmas dinner for a group of people.

We were on a10 day tour of Scotland with all the lodging pre-arranged. We stayed here September 23, 2016. This place to my mind was not as nice as the other places we stayed in Scotland. A rating of 4.5 would probably be most appropriate. Probably I would have given it a 5 rating if I were not making this...

Greeted initially by Henry who guided us through the "Gin list" in the bar and made us feel very welcome. Craig the following day carried it on............and we managed quite a...

What a nice little hotel in a lovely position. Room was adequate for a one night stay, comfortable and clean ( a chair in the room would be useful). However the hotel is recognised as being "dog freindly" which i understan as many walkers use the hotel, however on my stay there were 3 in the resturaunt during normal service...
