I have travelled a great deal all over the world and eaten in many hotels at all star levels and many Michelin starred restaurants. After 2 weeks at the hotel I can safely say that for a 3 star all inclusive hotel the food is more than acceptable, offering plenty of choice at all sittings without the pushing and barging that you get in the much bigger hotels. It has just over 200 rooms and, I believe, the menus reflect their size and their client group and the cost they fall into. Everyone we spoke to said that they would return again and were looking for the following year, several has been coming for 20 years. The staff here are amazing. Did you possibly expect more than you should have from a good 3 star.

Hi, thank you for your enquiry, if you want to upgrade to All-Inclusive it has to be continuously, for example, the first few days or the last few days. The cost to upgrade depends on what you have booked it will be more if you have booked bed and breakfast than say if you have booked half board. We do not do a drinks package. If you e-mail me your details I will give you more information.
