We have stayed here for more than twice now. Very accessible to the mall. The staff are accommodating, the internet was not that fast. The coolness of the room was just average. It has a veranda to for staying. The hotel was always our choice when staying in Luena.

Room, towels, linens and pillows are clean. Restroom needs a little more polish and it was a little small. Breakfast was okay but I hope there is no additional charge for sugar and creamer @5 each :( But then again, rate was super cheap. Over-all value for money was good.

Of the two hotels I stayed in Lucena, this is the better option. I hated a few things, but for the price, I can easily let it pass. Here are the things that they can improve on: Breakfast options: It won't hurt showcasing tinapa since that's what the city is known for. I chose their adobong baboy, and I wasn't able to finish it (which rarely happens) because it was just bad. Booking process: I requested to extend my stay for another day, and they said that the room category I wanted was fully booked. They want me to choose the more expensive options. When I declined, they called several minutes after to tell me that someone has canceled their booking and that the room was available again. Too bad for them, I already booked another room in another hotel. Parking: It's not connected to the hotel. Wifi: Just use your cellular data. Their wifi is very spotty. But then again, out of the several hotels available, this one is the better option.

1) The hotel is just sitting right across SM City Lucena —where you can buy [emergency] stuff and the rides going back to Manila and to the other parts of Lucena are all there 2) The rooms are small but space is maximized. The beddings and room arrangements are presentable. 3) Staff are friendly and accommodating but they look pretty much stressed. I could donate a comb, a powder and a lipgloss. 😨

Went there for a 1 night stay after a business trip. The hotel is in front of SM Lucena which makes it very ideal and easy to find. Its your typical provincial hotel. Nothing fancy. No elevator. But the rooms make up for it. Its spacious and the beds are queen sized. Nice big tv which is not typical of hotels in this far side of town. And the best thing is the rate. At 2k per night, it is really quite the steal. Highly recommended for business travelers if your in this area.

This hotel had a very friendly staff and rooms were clean and modern (well functioning AC). We were very happy with it especially since there are not that many options in the town in question. Location right opposite to a shopping mall.

My friend and I were going to a friend's wedding in Pagbilao, Quezon. To avoid the hassle of travelling for hours (which can be a tiresome) and heading straight for the wedding looking haggard and all, we decided to stay in lucena a day ahead. What made us decide to stay in Citilink is the location itself; situated just in front of SM Lucena where transpo to Pagbilao is at. Citilink is somewhere in between a hotel and a motel. Beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are clean. Hot water is available and CR is clean (a bidet can be a welcome improvement though if management decides to have it installed in the future). Breakfast can be a bit tricky especially if you want a heavy breakfast (my case sometimes) since choices are light and either comes from 7-11 or Jollibee. But this isn't really a problem since SM lucena is just a stone throw away and has more restaurant/fastfood choices. What keeps me from giving this a higher rating is the fact that during late hours, you can't find a nearby place to eat (if you're not into 7-11) and they don't offer food in the hotel.

Clean room, accessible, just in front of SM Lucena, friendly staff. Very good for its value, I was thinking that they wont have towels, and other basic toiletries since the price is minimal, but they provide toiletries, they're beddings are new and clean. Although the rooms are in the 3rd floor with no elevator I will still pick this hotel over the other hotels .
