This was our second visit to the Litsa apartments and the Mani peninsula of Greece. The apartments are very basic and typically Greek. This year we had a room in the old apartment block with stunning views of the Peloponnese mountains and sea which is absolutely breath taking. The beautiful fishing village of Agios Nicholas is a short walk away,... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks, suitable for what we needed as a base, swimming pool and sun beds available if needed. We had air con as very hot in August. Close to shop and taverna's,lovely coastal walk to Stoupa with a taverna on way with pool and sun beds. Lovely quiet, peaceful holiday.

This is my 7th visit and not my last. A beautiful hidden gem on the a rugged coastline. The apartments are in a fabulous location 2 minutes walk from the village. Just make sure you have opted for the new block at the back. The place is kept spotlessly clean by the owner and her family

Firstly, Agios Nikolaos is a truly beautiful Greek fishing village, but honestly, if you're between the ages of 10 and 30 I'd give it a miss. Apart from sitting in the endless sunshine, swimming in the azure sea, visiting ancient historical sites, drinking in one of the few bars and eating some of the best authentically Greek food you will... This is a warning for anyone thinking of using these apartments, there have just been another set of burgarles at the complex and this seems to happen frequently over the last few years. There are NO safety deposit boxes at apartments so you can not secure your valuables, the reps do not warn you on arrival or during meetings. Please... More

Stayed at the Litsa for a week mid July, Which is best described as adequate. Our room was in the new block upper floor with decent sea views. We paid for the air conditioning which we thought was expensive. The owner wasn't at all approachable or friendly. Agios Nikolaos was lovely in the evening & also the walk to Stoupa.... More

Stayed for a week at the end of June. We stayed in the old block overlooking the pool. Room was very basic, had a slight musty smell but was in general clean. Could definitly do with up dating but served its purpose. Nice pool area would be nicer if there was a bar on the premises too. Ag Nik is a... More

Booked to stay at these appartments for two weeks through Thomas Cook. On our transfer from the airport we were given a welcome pack with our room number on. Our room was in the old block and accessed via a dark dingy musty smelling corridor, where we found the key in the door, a little unusual as the Greeks are... More

Only booked this through Thomas Cook about 10 days before we travelled? We had a week in a studio room, which was adequate, if a bit tired. Not a lot of room but 2 single beds, wardrobe, decent mirror& shelf, dining table & small kitchen area with fridge, sink, kettle, toaster & 2 ring hob. But only 1 socket in... More
