Spent a lovely couple of nights here. Perfect location, facing the sea, quiet area but very easy to access the New Forest and surrounding interesting little towns. A very comfortable home from home B&B. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Excellent value for money. Sylvie the owner could not have been more friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We...

Having stayed in various B&Bs over the years, we now only go to the Watersedge. It is by far the best B&B you could wish for. It is in a prime position overlooking the Isle of Wight and near to several beaches and attractions e.g. Highcliffe castle, Exbury gardens, Christchurch harbour etc.We have stayed in nearly all of the rooms...

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the new "Koi Lodge". This is perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a separate lounge (which also has a sofa bed for the largest families). Alan and Sylvie are wonderful hosts who are committed to making their guests very welcome. There's a comfortable conservatory and sun-trap of a patio where you...

Stayed at Watersedge for two night in early March. It was cold and windy outside, but warm and comfortable inside. Loved the bar in side and being able to walk to a nice restaurant. Room was small (Lighthouse) but it was nice being on the main floor with our own outside door. Yes, we would stay here again. Sylvie and...

We very much enjoyed our stay at Watersedge. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. The guesthouse is immaculate and well run. They do a superb Full English Breakfast. We will definitely visit again when traveling to Barton On Sea.

Lovely setting opposite the sea and so near to many other lovely places. Hopefully would...

We chose this because of the location and from a telephone conversation between my wife and the landlady about the quietness of the rooms, as my wife sleeps very lightly. We were recommended to have the garden 'suite' as it would also be nice for our dog as it had access to the garden. The 'suite' turned out to be...

Hi On your arrival I did apologies for the works still in progress due to the bad storms during the week and offered you a free bottle of wine which you enjoyed after allowing you Fish & Chip supper in our dining room. The work in progress is a new patio area for the enjoyment of our guests, this is...

Watersedge is a family run B&B. The owners & staff are very friendly & welcoming. The front of the property looks out over the cliffs to the sea & the back of the house has a patio area with a lovely ornamental pond. The rooms are clean, tidy & comfy. Well worth a visit.
