Well, right at the end the SatNav thingie didn't seem to know quite where we were going but we managed as it was well sign posted. We parked up and then had to walk up a hill and a few steps to the main building. On checking in we learned that we could drive right up to unload. The manor...

Hi, Thankyou for your review - we are pleased you had such a pleasant stay with us. Sorry about the slight damp smell - we have been unable as yet to find the cause but we have been having trouble with the central heating boiler cutting out so it may be that the room has become excessively cold when unoccupied....

I stayed at this hostel in early December for a weekend away with some walking friends. I was in the Coach House, which is separate to main part of the building and just across from the self-catering kitchen. The toilets and showers were ample and there seemed to be plenty of hot water. My room was small (which is fine...

Went on a walking weekend here and was surprised to find the clean rooms and the rather good quality meals. They also have a self-catering kitchen and games room. The gift shop sells drinks, snacks, merchandise and maps of the local area.

Beautiful spot, 10-15minute walk from the centre up on a hill that overlooks cute Eyam. The dorm was roomy enough and I only had one other person to share it with both nights. The lounge was comfortable with working internet in both the lounge and rooms. I had the dinner here one night and it was lovely (entree, main and...

Can recommend this Youth Hostel in Eyam. The accommodation is good and clean, adequate for what you need. The hostel also has a lounge with a tv and a small games room with pool table and table top football. There is also a separate building to prepare your own packed lunches. need

Hi, Thankyou for your review. We are aware that our bunk-beds are out-of-date and we are pushing for some extra investment in order to address this. We should be getting new mattresses soon which will be a great improvement. The Eyam team.

This captivating Victorian folly resembles a tiny turreted castle perched on the hillside overlooking historic Eyam. Two thirds of Eyam's population was wiped out during the Great Plague. Trace the tale as you wander around the village, or enjoy the excellent walking around the surrounding White and Dark Peak.
