Hotel Miletto & SPA has garnered acclaim for its attentive service and helpful staff, ensuring guests feel well-cared for. Its prime location is a hit with ski lovers, and the cleanliness of the establishment consistently impresses visitors. The SPA, a highlight among the amenities, adds comfort to the stay, although some guests see room for enhancement elsewhere. Reviews regarding the rooms are divided, with cleanliness and modernity being praised, but size and amenities sometimes falling short. The inviting atmosphere is a plus, yet opinions on value for money are mixed.

We spent the New Year with the family in this wonderful hotel in Campitello Matese and we had a great time! The location is perfect for those looking for a skiing holiday, with ski slopes and breathtaking scenery just a few steps away. Our stay was really pleasant in every respect.
The rooms were clean, well appointed and very cozy, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff was also very kind and helpful, always ready to meet our requests.
Another highlight of the hotel is the spa, which we loved. After an active day on the snow, nothing beats relaxing in the wellness area, with sauna, steam room and a large swimming pool that has allowed us to completely regenerate. It was really an extra touch to make our stay even more special.
The common area of the hotel is really nice, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. We also enjoyed the cuisine, with typical local dishes that made us feel at home. The New Year’s Eve dinner was amazing, with a great selection of dishes and impeccable service.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a skiing holiday in a warm, clean and welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!

I traveled with my large dog which was received very well, the Miletto hotel really great, impeccable cleanliness, great food, really special customer care, I am strongly lactose intolerant, in the morning I was served breakfast with all the lactose-free products, as well as lunch and dinner and during the activities there were always foods for me too. The extremely kind and professional staff, the restaurant guys really courteous and competent, the reception staff always available and cortese.La room, home automation, with small fridge bar very clean and well furnished. The activities offered by the hotel are really beautiful and engaging. This hotel makes the 'welcome and cordiality the highlight, recommended. I hope to return in winter, a greeting to all the staff and a special thanks to Marika's kindness

First time in Campitello Matese
I think I have chosen the best structure!!!!!
Rooms with modern furnishings, comfortable and above all clean..
Pretty good food, entertainment for adults and children all day long!!
Dogs are welcome... so for those who have one like me, it's practically perfect!!
The SPA is quite organized and not chaotic... very beautiful too, with the possibility of massages and much more...
I find that there is an excellent organization.
Very nice and non-intrusive entertainers, very helpful and always active reception, all the waiters always courteous and smiling ready to satisfy any request..
Cleaning team always smiling…
In short, everything was perfect, I dare say!!!
And for those like me, always looking for relaxation and wanting to unplug a bit... it's the most right and evocative place in Campitello.

We stayed at this property on the night of January 5. 4 stars? But where! Renovate only the rooms and the bar area, the rest all dilapidated. But not bad if we had not spent for this one night the beauty of 735€ for two adults and two children.
The dinner was decent but not four stars, with small portions (and if you wanted chips for the children you pay separately).
The structure saves for everything, napkins, portions .. in the rooms absent toiletries, shower caps, headphones that you found in the spa instead of the classic pool cap that give you the real facilities with spas. All this fits in a three-star hotel, not a four-star hotel that pays an eye for a night.
Honestly I can't explain the positive reviews of other users except for the fact that maybe they paid a third of what we paid. We got screwed this time, and all the negative publicity that comes with it?? I don't think it's a smart policy on the part of management.
Last icing on the cake: we took advantage of the late check out to let the children go to the pool from 12 to 14 and then see them return ALONE and unaccompanied by entertainers in the room at 13 (and thank goodness we were in the room) because they could not go more than 2 minutes in the pool without coughing (evidently they had well thought of sanitizing the water with chlorine just before their entry).
We will never go back.

4 star hotel but 3 star services, the price paid in the hotel is not worth it...
The catering, cleanliness in the rooms and services in the rooms need to be improved (I also found the toilet paper already started and reported by some other user)...
The entertainment in the evening is reduced to half an hour of babydance.
Excellent staff and always available.
Honestly, reading the reviews and considering the price paid, I expected more.

Very well run hotel. Applause to all the staff, always attentive and kind, you can really see that they consider the customer as sacred. Every day they organize activities to entertain guests, some free, others for a fee. Ideal for all ages, even for families with children. There are also activities dedicated to them so that parents can relax too. The spa is also very well managed, allowing an influx of people managed in such a way as to guarantee relaxation and full enjoyment of the route. Rooms with good cleaning. I recommend the executive room, larger and quieter than the Superior. Fair prices.
Aspects to improve: food quality good but average. For example, I find it unacceptable to serve long-life UHT milk for breakfast, given that the cows graze practically in front of the hotel. The pizza under the stars event was disappointing in terms of value for money, €25 per person to serve two squares of focaccia made with instant yeast, I personally don't recommend it. The presence of dogs who disturb the peace of those who want to rest with their continuous barking should also be avoided or at least better managed.

With the family and dog we decided to make an escape from the scorching heat of these days and we opted for one of the packages offered by the structure. Great experience, beyond the courtesy of the staff everything, we relaxed in the spa, enjoyed the activities they proposed, all inclusive and done with much relaxation. Normal food presented well but... For those with animals the place idea, treated as guests with a small contribution (7€ per day). Definitely recommended

We returned with the family after two years, two different but beautiful experiences. The first with a lot of snow, the second without.....we took the walk through the mountains with poles and did the tour with the quode.... of 'hotel miletto leaves you with everything, from the welcome on arrival to the greeting from friends before leaving. the room always tidy, clean, heated, the breakfast with many things to enjoy from sweet to savory, the dinner always top... .and then the parties that are organized with the entertainers who are always with our little ones...entertainers who brighten up the day with many activities.....and then the spa a panacea.....for the adults.. ...we will return for sure.....a big hug and greeting from Salento.....

My husband, I and our daughter stayed at the Miletto hotel for just one night with full board and we were very happy to have chosen this hotel. Truly home-automated room, truly delicious food and always many carefully organized activities, even suitable for the little ones. The outdoor aperitif was a nice experience (too bad the weather wasn't on our side). Everyone is very friendly, kind and helpful.
As far as I'm concerned, I would improve the wifi coverage, which is actually almost absent in the rooms; the entertainment of the miniclub confined to the small space of the bar is really sacrificed both for the children and for those who are using the bar.
Apart from these little things, I recommend it to everyone. We will certainly return with the snow.

Modern and well soundproofed room. Comfortable beds. Good level of hygiene. Excellent operators in the Spa. The swimming pool and Turkish bath are quite good. Lack of afternoon excursions. For some services not used, including room and dinner on the fourth night, no refund will be given. I hope they mend their ways at least on this point given that a minimum of flexibility, in any business, is fundamental, if only to entice the customer to return
