This hotel besides being beautiful has the nicest staff. You are always greeted when you walk in. The coffee bar is hot and ready in the mornings. My husband injured himself and we needed a wheel chair. It was no problem. John is a gem…so is the whole team from front desk to cleaning staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very well appointed and tastefully furnished place. High quality throughout. Nice change from a chain hotel. Great lobby, comfy chairs to gather. Nice resort style pool, all in all a great experience for just a bit more than a cookie cutter chain hotel. If we stayed longer we would have looked into golf cart rental and more to do.

This hotel is beautiful, new and we’re very happy with our stay. They put complimentary coffee out each morning in the lobby. There is a lobby bar and right next door next to the pool area is a wonderful Wolfgang Puck Kitchen + Bar. We enjoyed a lunch and dinner there, delicious food! There is a beautiful pool, spa & fitness center. The room is clean with cool upscale cattle ranch type decor. Nice sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. This hotel is close to Brownwood Square which is a short ride away. Dining, shopping and live music every evening until 9pm. We definitely would return when visiting The Villages in central Florida.

The hotel is wonderful.. clean and lots of amenities. We love the pool and Wolf gang puck was fantastic too. Yomaira and Salmah (managers front desk) were absolutely awesome… very professional and helpful. We will always stay here when we are in town

The bartender Paula at the bar was phenomenal. She was very attentive, made good tasting drinks, recommended a few good drinks to try, and was a pleasure to have serving us with good laughs and leaving us with memories.

My review is only about the spa, nail technicians are extremely friendly, but lacking experience! I was cut several times during a spa pedicure, once severely. I did not realize how many times I was cut until I came home. She apologized profusely over the severe cut but I did not see all the others until I came home. For this I paid $135. My toes look all cut up and I had to cancel my plans because I can not put on sneakers due to the discomfort. Extremely friendly but I will never go back!

We stayed here as a stopover on our way to the keys and have decided to come back and stay a few days just to enjoy the property! What a wonderful hotel! Beautiful, comfortable, friendly, clean…I could go on and on. Dinner at Wolfgang Puck was a wonderful surprise for two weary travelers. We would highly recommend this property.

First and foremost, I need to mention the customer service here is immaculate. It is the definition of hospitality. Every single person I spoke to was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and downright amazing. From the check-in process to check out, I have no complaints. At check-in, I was greeted by two lovely gentlemen, Logan and Robert who immediately helped me out. Robert checked me in as Logan was on his way out, but Logan still offered to help me with my luggage. I declined as I only had one bag, but it was still appreciated. The rest of the check-in process was very quick and I was given a basic rundown of the property and told about the green initiative with the room keys (How very European, I love it). I would be crazy if I didn't mention the beds. WOW! Super comfortable!! The room was a bit on the small side, but seeing as it was just me, it wasn't a big deal. If I were traveling with a family, I could see it being an issue. I had a view of the development behind the hotel, but that was fine. The next day, I asked for housekeeping before leaving for the day and the woman at the desk, I believe her name was Katie, said it was no issue. By the time I got back, the room was as if nobody had ever stayed there. It was perfect. I enjoyed dinner at Wolfgang (OMG so good) and the staff there was also amazing. It wasn't very crowded and it felt very cozy. I had the salmon and it was to die for. Incredible. After dinner, a few colleagues and I had some drinks at the bar. Paula, the bartender, is a national treasure. Incredibly funny and attentive. I have zero complaints about my stay and I cannot wait to come back here. 5/5 stars!!!!…

We have stayed at the Brownwood hotel many times and it is excellent. The staff is like family and the attention to details are great. The Wolfgang Puk restaurant is very convenient, and the food is outstanding. We love to stay at the Brownwood.

Not only is this hotel beautiful and clean, the Staff at the hotel and Wolf Gang restaurant are over the top making sure you are happy in every way! The food at Wolf Gang was excellent and our room, that allowed pets, was so clean and pretty. It was pre-hurricane and we weren’t sure if we would have to ride storm out there or drive before it hit and they gave me the option to book the week and cancel before 11am the morning before I left without any penalty. Who does that?! I’ve been traveling quite a bit and I had to write and say this is a no-brainer for a great stay! Head and shoulders over many famous hotels. Thank you!
