Whatever our expectations of a B&B are it is rare to be able to say that in every area our expectations where exceeded. In the depths of January frosts, the accommodation was warm comfortable, hospitable, and excellent in every way. The location is beautiful and the area very special. Great food at the Windmill in Redmile. Well done. Like Arnold......

I stayed here for a number of weeks while I was attending a course near by. It is a fantastic B & B I was made to feel very welcome by the wonderful host Nicky. The ensuite rooms are clean and lovely decorated with comfortable beds and every thing you need in your room such as tea & coffee making...

I stayed here in July 2014 - I was just thinking about it the other day. A lovely place! We were here for one night for a friends birthday. Nicky was a great host - showing us where everything was. We had a lovely dinner, followed by some champagne in the hot tub afterwards. Just lovely! The next morning we...

Exactly what we needed for us and our dogs. Super accommodation and hospitality from Nicky. A great location local to our training ground with a safe and suitable dog walking lane close by. We'll be back!

I booked here for my sisters wedding. It was only me and a 2 year old( pretty daunting thought!). It was superb! The room was spotless and the host was a delight! Nothing was too much trouble, even entertaining my son to help me eat my breakfast! She supplied kiddies yoghurt and cereal in my room plus there was an...

A great dog friendly welcoming place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Nicky or Mandy, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for us all to relax in and there was a lovely sitting room we could use as well. There was a mini kitchen hidden away with a kettle, small hob, sink,...

Just returned from a stay at this lovely bed and breakfast, a return trip for us having stayed back in 2013. Both times the service has been excellent and the setting is so lovely, a relaxing break if you want to get away from it all. Perfect for us with our young son who thoroughly enjoyed the garden and trampoline....

we cycled from Leicester to Hull to take the ferry to Holland and this was our first stop. It was the perfect first night, with a good breakfast. The Jacuzzi was just what we needed after a long day's cycling.

Feels like home from home. I've stayed there many times over the last 12 years or so and it just gets better and better. Perfect place to relax, great food and hospitality and so much to see and do nearby.
