My boyfriend and I stayed at Le Clos du Colombier for four nights in August. The position of the house on the edge of the village of Pommard directly on a vineyard was perfect. We hung out at the pool a bit, which had the added bonus of a server to bring drinks and snacks. Our room was lovely and...

We wanted to breakup our trip from Provence back to Paris at the end of our vacation. I checked a map and this small town of Pommard seemed to be just the right place to stop over. We were not expecting much, but we were happily surprised by this gem. This hotel is really a reconfigured chateau and is part...

We arrived at the hotel at 13.00. The door was closed and after a while two people came outside and told us that we have to wait till 16.00 and they closed the door again.... We can imagine that the room was not clear, but to close the door again, and just telling that we have to wait for another...

We stayed at the Clos du Colombier for only one night but wished we would have stayed longer. Nice and cosy room, with beautiful view on the vineyard! Good location near Beaunes and several famous caves (we liked Senard and Creusefond...). Rich and tasty breakfast too, maybe expensive however ! we were also a bit disappointed on the advice for...

Absolute magnificent accommodation! Large room, beautifully decorated, super helpful and friendly hosts who helped arrange dinner for us, delicious breakfast and a large comfortable bed. Great base to explore the surrounds. One day here feels like I have been away for a week. There is a pool and a spa so bring your swimmers.

Stayed here mid week for one night on the way down to South of France with my family of four. Charming little hotel with charming moderrn meets old decorated rooms. Welcome small pool and a very good simple little restuarant with classic local food onsite. Only complaints would be no A/C (....It was the hottest day of the year the...

Great hotel ex private residence in the middle of vineyards outside Pommard. Stayed one night on the way north through France. Lovely house in small village 10 minutes from Beaune (which is fabulous to see). Comfortable room 'Rugiens Bas' and it had a bath (had to phone and request this room with bath before I arrived). Welcoming staff. Excellent massage...

We spent two nights at this chic, elegant and friendly hotel. Well worth a visit if you are visiting the local vineyards. Mersault chateau being well worth a visit. The food at the hotel is excellent and well priced. Fabulous pool area overlooking the vineyards. A delight!

Was here for one night. The village of Pommard itself isn't that special, Beaune is a nice town nearby to visit. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and the pool was nice as well. Great breakfast and the staff was friendly enough to give us an earlier breakfast, for we wanted to depart early. In short, the hotel was perfect...

Our group of 3 couples visited for several nights while on our own wine tour of the region. Beautiful rooms in the main house and also in an annex overlooking the pool and vineyard next door. When the owners found out we loved the fresh croissants at breakfast they were quick to double their order for the next mornings we...
