The only hotel just 30 meters away from the Spa ! We stayed at the Hôtel des Thermes for business purposes. A room was available to us for our meeting with suitable equipment. We also had lunch there, the meals were varied and tastefully prepared. The welcome and service are of high quality, I highly recommend the hotel team.

4th treatment at Lamalou but 1st stay at the Hôtel des Thermales.
Enchanted by the proximity of the establishment right next to the spa (30 meters), the hearty breakfasts and the variety of meals which change every day (board).
Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, their availability and for adapting my meal times to the times of my treatment.
I was also able to make nice acquaintances with other customers.
Room cleaned every day.
The hotel is quiet and my room overlooked a pretty park.

Great welcome! We were two couples cycling on the PassaPais route and chose a half board option with the discovery of the thermal baths. A very nice stopover, lovely and attentive staff, we highly recommend this experience to all cyclists.

Big disappointment during my stay at the Lamalou les Bains thermal baths hotel. The services do not correspond in any way to a ☆☆☆ but to just a ☆☆. Breakfast with unappetizing jams milk breads and industrial brioche (pasquier) industrial compotes no goat's or sheep's milk yogurts for people intolerant to cow's milk dirty toaster worn and dangerous because of sparks just unplugged and restarted the next morning meal with insufficient portions curiously more plentiful and of better quality in room service with supplement than in half-board in the hotel restaurant mineral water extra At the price of 4.20 and bread limited to 2 slices no cheese offered apart from faitselles. Room blah blah tv up high no kettle but a safe. Few hangers and no clothespins for the dryer, which is small and not suitable.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is 30m from the thermal baths. Noisy, unrenovated comfort room, bathroom with old-fashioned shower, moldy and black joints, scaled and cracked toilet, stained sink. TV suspended small and fixed on the side we wring our necks! Ask for a cheaper, renovated standard room! Average breakfast industrial bread and pastries. Toaster out of age and dangerous, cooked eggs with scale. Half board of uneven quality, some evenings reheated dishes inedible. Difficult to access unmanaged car parks! The staff is very good. Good contact except the management managers who are in bad faith and not really attentive (toaster still working after 3 weeks despite a fire alarm!). For sunny days, beautiful terrace!

Super comfortable rooms and great welcome from the staff. The dishes offered at the restaurant are very good and the service as well. Hotel very well located very close to the thermal baths. I highly recommend this place. Congratulations to the managers for this beautiful place!

We stayed two nights in Mid-September. The staff were very friendly, but the hotel is past its best. It has a faded look and a general air of shabbiness. It needs money spending on it. Our bathroom had no plug for the bath - the manager raided another room for one, and the fixture that held up the shower was broken. The wi-fi reception was very variable, it didn't work in the outdoor bar area. We ate there one evening and the food was good.
