Nice friendly welcome when we arrived by the owner Shown to our room which was outside in the extension part of the house, clean and airy, lovely soft clean towels and bed linen. Outside could do with a tidy up, very tight carpark as was very busy. Breakfast was help yourself continental not much choice, cereals toast muffins and fruit....

Picked this for its great location for airport and aware it a B&B not a hotel but sorry we booked it! Had trouble parking as car park clearly too small for the amount of rooms/vehicles - we had to double park and hope we didn't get blocked in. Male "receptionist" quite offhand and not welcoming. Two female staff were pleasant...

Price was fair considering it was a late booking, clean room and bathroom/toilet. Friendly management although it would be great if the two European staffs were much interactive, The manager was so kind to let us use one of the parking space after checkout after our car broke down and waiting to be picked up by the company to bring...

It was clean, rooms tiny, beds smaller! we were in the eaves, and we kept bumping our heads on the sloping roof. Its extra for breakfast and we were told there was no cooked breakfast despite posters in the dining area saying it was available. we wouldn't stay again

There are positives here; little noise from main road, well decorated etc. However: shower inconsistent flow & temperature, plus staff using dining table as pop up office outside my room made it difficult to get some shut eye. My gripe is I specifically chose this place based on 'cooked breakfast' being clearly advertised. I was annoyed to be told at...

Awful just awful. Worst experience ever from a hotel. Noisey. Unhelpful owner and porr staff subjected tonslavery conditions. Not going to waste any more of my time with this. Just a warning. Save money time and hassle by not going.

Points for: great B&B very fairly priced as you don't pay for breakfast if you don't have it, ideally located close to Bristol and the surrounding areas. Spotless rooms. Some en suites are wet rooms which are perfect for disabled guests. Handy for airport transfers. Airport parking available. Points against: thin walls so you can hear other guests moving about...

Oh dear ...where to start . Paid in advance for a room as we were coming back late from our holiday. Parked the car there and were given a code for the door to our room for when we got back off holiday . We both independently wrote this down then off to the airport we went . Just before...

Booked 1 day before flying from Bristol. Ed was great.Arrived late but room , etc was all ready for us. Was leaving on an early flight so the option of booking breakfast or not was good for us. Excellent twin room - spotless, wifi great. So good that I have booked another 2 stays for this year when I am...
