My wife and I stayed at Palazzo Siena in September 2016 for 4 nights and loved every part of our stay. Location wise, it was in a very good position (not far from Otranto) for exploring many of the amazing parts of Salento. Over and above this though, it was a thoroughly beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The rooms...

We stayed in the ponente suite and it was perfect. The room was so well decorated and set out with interesting original features, a fabulous shower room and a cool, high vaulted ceiling. We stayed here for 5 nights and just wished it was longer. Our days started with a delicious breakfast of homemade jams, cakes and pastries; freshly squeezed...

My husband and I stayed at Palazzo Siena for only one night unfortunately. Our room was beautiful and the pool and garden idyllic. Our only criticism was that it should be child free, for the guests to enjoy the property. A noisy toddler spoilt our time around the pool. The hosts were very hospitable, and the breakfast was amazing: fresh...

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been more perfect. The accommodation has been beautifully decorated and every room is different. We were Lucky enough to stay in the room with the seven foot sunken bath which was a real treat, the beds were comfortable and there were lots of little extra decorative touches...

We stayed at Palazzo Siena for our honeymoon. The Siena family were kind enough to open the hotel for us a week earlier than they had planned. We couldn’t be more grateful for their generosity! My husband and I travel a great deal and Palazzo Siena is the most beautiful, and the most joy-filled, place we can remember staying. The...

Palazzo Siena Home & More is a magnificent place to stay. Stunning and restful throughout with every angle a visual treat. The breakfasts were sublime — especially the baking by Gilda (tip — don't go past the ricotta tart if you have the opportunity to sample it) and the pool and garden were a hidden paradise. Gilda and her husband...

We stayed here for a week in late September 2014 and really enjoyed it. The house is wonderful and dates back to the 14th century and the owners, Gilda and Mario, are warm and very welcoming. Gilda's breakfast buffet is outstanding with new freshly baked treats every morning and her recommendations of places to visit were always guaranteed to please....

We were fortunate to stay in this wonderfully renovated home with fabulous decor, a salt water swimming pool , delicious breakfast and delightful hosts. This was a stop on our self guided cycle tour and we were warmly welcomed and totally spoiled during our stay.

We have travelled widely in France and Italy in recent years, and Palazzo Siena is the best place we have stayed. The name is very apt. It's not a hotel, but a home, where we were welcomed by Gilda and her daughter Fabrizia. Everything was perfect: The delicious breakfasts including fresh pastries, eggs and fruit from the garden; the dinner...

Having had an amazing few days last year, we returned again to Palazzo Siena, and brought friends with us to share the "experience". It was just as I remembered - beautiful, welcoming, an oasis of peace and quiet and a perfect base to revisit all the lovely places we discovered last year. Gilda, Mario and Maria Rosaria - Thank you...
