Travelled with Alpine Elements and had a great week. The snow in the Alps was tremendous and the hotel was everything we hoped for. It was unfortunate that the pool was out of action for the first few days but this was no great inconvenience. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. The food was fine if a bit predictable....

Great ski/ski out location 50m from the lift. The lift system quickly gives you access to arguably the best skiing in France. My room was excellent, large, very modern and clean. I was very pleasantly surprised compared to some ski accommodation that I've been in. Skis and boots can be hired from the ground floor and the reps brought my...

This was our first visit to La Tania, and we weren't disappointed! The hotel was clean, bright and comfortable, and in a great position with superb access to the other ski areas. We had a premium room overlooking the piste which was very spacious and bright. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the food was good. The wine very...

Great stay here in la tania...but every single meal is served incomplete..we have to ask for our potatoes or vegetables..everytime... staff untrained...they definately need a trained floor manager. Also no security for personal belongings. Staff are lovely but their manager needs a kick up the backside.my Husband ordered a cheeseboard with the other 5 desserts and it never came. He...

The headlines; Good standard hotel in great position with enthusiastic staff, wholesome food, reasonable breakfasts and OK wi-fi in the bar. More details: The position is fantastic. Alongside the piste, you can ski down to the main Gondola and for those in class it's approx 100m walk up a slope to ESF ski school. You can ski back to the...

Myself and 6 lads had a fantastic short ski break based in Le Montana about a week ago. They had all been before, and were impressed enough to re-book another trip...this time with me coming along too. The lads were absolutely right: great accommodation, helpful staff, good food, 100m from the bubble lift, ski in ski out, cake and coffee...

Just returned from my second visit to La Tania via Alpine Elements. As last year, we had a great time and were looked after very well by Verity and her right hand man Dave. Its not 5 star accommodation with bell boys and marble... but it is a perfect retreat for a few days away with fantastic slope side location,...

It is hard to believe that other reviewers stayed in the same hotel as me. They seem to have rather low standards. This place would give Fawlty Towers a run for its money. The review by the person from Reading is the most accurate of those posted recently. The accommodation is very basic. I believe we had a premium room...

This was my first ski holiday with a group of 14. Transfer time from Lyon was 2:15H Great location - The hotel is a ski in, ski out making the ski lift only a 2-3 minute walk. Few shops, bars, cafes and restaurants on your door step. Rooms were fairly basic but decent size and lots of hot water. The...

2nd visit to this hotel after my husband and I went for Christmas two years ago. There was 15 of us this time, and everyone loved it. The food is particularly good especially at evening meal. The young staff work hard and will do anything to help. Great location with genuine Ski in ski out, it is perfect. Lovely open...
