8 of us stopped by for a quick lunch, the service was first class the food was first class and the pricing was reasonable. I would recommend to anyone travelling through to stop here. I would go out of my way to return here.

Nice decor, freindly staff however service poor, not issued with christmas menu and when we enquired was told they forgot, waitress dropped pot of chutney behind one of the party causing chutney to go in their hair, one of the party was waiting for there main meal when the other six had finished theres disapointed to say the least.

Passing through the village enroute to Ayr, decided to stop for lunch. Great value, the burger is a meal in itself, the sandwich is huge. The staff service, cleanliness excellent. Very busy with local son a Saturday afternoon Menu is basic but well thought out Situated next to the Burns Museum

First time we've been in the Fairburn since the big refurbishment & as usual we weren't disappointed. Beautifully redecorated, this local restaurant serves freshly cooked, delicious food in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. The staff are immaculately dressed & so helpful & friendly, we've never had a bad meal in the Fairburn & visit as often as we can.

Nice restaurant with friendly service and good food. Some deals to be had before 6pm and cheap drinks towards the weekend. Nice outdoor area so you can eat al fresco if that floats your boat. The sticky toffee pudding is one of the best I have ever had.
