Just returned from a 5 day coach trip and it was excellent the hotel is in a lovely setting and very clean in the rooms and food was excellent . The trips were very good as well; Our coach driver was excellent as well . The staff are nice and very friendly as well

The hotel is really beautiful in a marvelous setting very clean the meals were excellent also the evening entertainment, the trips out were very well organized with wonderfull scenery our coach driver was Clive he was very good always cheerful and informative. Another great Holiday with locks and glens this hotel was great the room was lovely we had one over looking the lock the staff was excellent anything you wont and they could get it we had it, the food was lovely and they did sandwiches and other bits for our journey home it was a lot cheaper than the service... Went on a mountains and mistletoe break with Lochs & Glens holidays. Excellent service and lovely friendly staff. The Loch Awe Hotel is in a beautiful setting looking down the loch both ways. with the ruins of Kilchurn Castle just along the loch, (It even boasts its own railway station !). Go for Turkey and Tinsel if you like Christmas fair this is for, great food and entertainment :-) staff are always looking to help you :-) the food and wiater service is very good ,and you have a choice of all meals,

Hotel spotless, room was a good size and bathroom very modern with lovely shower and lovely side view of the loch. This hotel looks as if it has bags of character, but it is Victorian. It could do with some redecoration, then it would look much nicer on the inside.
