We rented a huge 2 room apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and very comfortable living room. Bathrooms are rather small and with no shower curtain. Beds are comfortable, there is some noise from the streets during the night. Hotel lies on a very busy street with a lot of restaurants and shopping possibilities. Price performance is very high,...

we satyed 7 days in Husin al khaleej hotel apartments and we had a really good time. people are kind, usefull, always smiling, this apartment is in AL KHOUDH and 10 min only from the aeroport. it's a little bit far from muscat (15-20 min by taxi or car) but it's a nice place.

Good place, paint of smell still exists service was ok, bit far from city but if you got a car easy access and hitting sultan qaboos street wont be much of traffic hassle, nice turkish coffee shops around' ample amount of parking available, toiletries were not up to mark, value for money.

Living here for the past period, me and my husband, we notice that everything is great, except for the internet.....!!The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the one and only lady who is working in this business. She is always willing to find a solution. Dear management please give her a bonus!! She deserves it!!

Its a building containing lots of apartments. I stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment, those are all on the front of the building which means there is quite some street noise (mostly from restaurants opposite) on certain nights, but earplugs can filter most of it out. The bigger apartments are on the side so i guess its better there. Its very...

It is actually a building consisting of apartments. Nice & Clean. The Location is surrounded by many restaurants & various types of shops. The Parkings of the hotel is a bit tight specially for big vehicles. The Hotel has a view on Al-Khoudh streets and market.

It is an okay place. The rooms are generally clean, and the staff under the management are kind and accommodating. All smiles and quick service. However, this place is not good if you are not Arab and need anything. I stayed in a room for 3 months and had bad experiences with the management. If you need anything it goes...

This is not a conventional hotel, but it might be a good choice for people on longer stays in Muscat (weeks or months) or who have business in the Sultan Qaboos University area. Al-Khoudh is a short distance to the university. Plusses: - not a chain hotel, locally owned and managed - very new---opened I think only a few months...
