Due to lack of alternative budget options we stayed in Naseem Hotel for three nights right after our arrival in Oman and before we started our road trip. The hotel is clean and is located very good (5 walking mins to Mutrah Souq where you find good options for lunch/dinner). Mascat is quite a big city and sights are not...

Very simple hotel room but the location more than make up for it. If you stay try the Bait Al Uban restaurant. Perfectly located on the Corniche in Muttrah. You are in walking distance of some great views and local eateries.

Great location, on the corniche in Muttrah. We did not book before but they had available rooms. We enjoyed a lot our stay there, because it is on the corniche, a lovely place in Mattrah. The service is quite poor, but the hotel is clean and cheap. They propose a breakfast which is fair, but cheap and served in a...

Hotel Nassem is a basic, but adequate hotel with a very good location on the corniche, close to the souk, with several restaurants nearby and in the area behind the souk. It is clean, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is OK. Oman not being a cheap destination regarding hotel rooms, the price is reasonable .

Although this hotel has a low star rating,we always stay when we are coming to muscat.rooms are spotless, beds really comfy and rooms light and airy...the higher up floors are best..staff are lovely..kind and helpful..breakfast is simple but excellent..definitely a place with reasonable price, not trying to be luxury but great value for money in a superb spot...

The rooms are very small, and in need of a make over, but clean and only 27 OR per night includes breakfast. The service was not great, they wanted to retain our passports, but after quite a bit of asking, if you paid up front you could have the passports back. The dinid/breakfast room was nt labeled and we were...

Naseem Hotel is a basic hotel, but convenient enough. The location in the Muttrah or Mattrah (the spelling varies) part of Muscat is very nice when you want to experience day today life in the city and be close to some of the nicer things to see. The fish market is a stone's through away, as is the souq. The...

The Naseem Hotel in the Mutrah district of Old Muscat is a small, older budget hotel in a great location near the Corniche (seafront), Souq (long series of connected shops) and dining/transportation options. The hotel may appear in need of a refurbishing but it is clean and the staff are helpful & friendly, particularly David in the reception/reservations area who...

Simple but good hotels for friends who do not expect 5 star hotels. Location is close to the Souk, local and cheap fish restaurants and a walk from old Muscat. Also a great hike that takes 90 minutes starts 5 min away (C38 - omantourism.gov.om). AA cafe around the corner has free wifi, amazing fresh juices and good food. Good...

Had an overnight stay at the Naseem hotel....we have stayed there before, and that's why we booked again. It's so convenient for the souk and eating places. We had a room with a view of the Corniche which was excellent . The room was clean and comfortable..plus a bath tub in the en suite. Very pleasant staff and their usual...
