We enjoyed our stay at Elephant's Footprint Lodge very much. The owner and his wife are very nice people and we felt very comfortable; they gave us allround excellent service. The room was big and we liked the high reet roof and the outside shower. Breakfast was also very nice.

We were so lucky to find this Lodge at the last minute and it was just as we had hoped it would be. Small , luxurious, friendly and African in design and build , with a small plunge pool at the heart of the complex. Lovely bedrooms with an outside shower if you wanted to use it. Excellent food which...

A wonderful location with amazing rooms decorated to the finest detail. Great breakfast and a wonderful dinner as well with special african meats cooked to perfection. We were perfectly made to feel at home and could indeed have stayed longer if itinerary would have permitted. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Very close to Addo south entrance , we left before breakfast started but host offered to make us a pack up...

The location of the Lodge, if you are visiting the Addo Elephant National park, is quite good, its not inside the park but its reasonably close to it. The rooms are big but in need of some reforms, the decor is a bit dated and everting looks a little bit used. There is a bath tube in the room but...

Ideally located a few minutes from the south gate of Addo Elephant Park, this place is the perfect getaway - very isolated, yet perfectly comfortable. The hosts love what they do and you can feel that in every little detail. Enjoyed breakfast, but dinner (both buffet and a la carte, depending on the number of guests) even more! Would come...

The lodge is 1 km away from the south entrance of the park and is reasonable priced. The rooms are big with a bath and a nice outside, but private, shower like a waterfall. Breakfast is in the restaurant and here they serv food at night as well. ( not every night). Very helpfull staff.

The owner/ Chef, Spike showed us around, next time we will prebook so we can get to stay. It's worth going to see the outside/inside shower it has a...
