I was there for a weekend get away with my wife, as part of a business trip in northern Italy. The atmosphere resembled an old fashioned grand hotel, with a piano and Senior couples dancing accordion-based old waltzs in the lobby and a schedule driven by the meals and spa activities. We enjoyed the sp and the quietness of the...

It started with check-in where they said that our prepaid reservation had been cancelled. Dealing with the problem was difficult in that almost no one in the hotel spoke a reasonable amount of English. It was either Italian or German. After some transatlantic phone calls we finally had rooms and the money was found. The room was on the same...

Definitely worth a visit especially in the winter time as you will really enjoy the pool area which is naturally heated. The restaurant of the hotel serves very good food however the only drawback is that the food is served quickly from one course to another not giving one enough time to linger on at his or her own pace....

This is in my opinion a typical "terme" wellness hotel. Breakfast on the 7th floor so no possibility to sit outside even with very good weather. A room like a factory eating room, quality very moderate. Dining in the evening only between 19h30 and 20h30: 1 hour???. Lunch the same. So we didn't take any meal there. I go to...

This hotel offers great spa services. We spent quite many hours in the water, which is not usual for us. Breakfast offered quite good selection, although the the taste of many products wasn't that good. Parking costs 3 euros per night in the garage. The big downside in the hotel are the Monday, Wednesday and Friday discos for old people....

I've been with my wife at the hotel all'alba for four days around christmas, I've my relatives in Abano, so I've tried few hotels there in the years and so far this one is the best, however it didn't meet my expectations for a 4 stars hotel. The pros: awesome spa and really big swimming pool, great position and rooms/toilet...

I went to the spa with my colleagues after a very busy conference. And it was what we needed. The water in the pool was 37 degrees. There were 2 big pools to swim, indoors and outdoors, a few jacuzzis and even a waterfall for the back massage. When the sun set the pools were lit from under the water....

We have spent the last 3 weeks travelling Europe staying in 4 or 5* hotels so have seen a varying degree of quality. We arrived Hotel All'Alba to find our bathroom not cleaned (dirty toilet) there were no soaps in the bathroom... The safe was broken too. We had to go downstairs and collect some soap from the receptionist...! Later...

We stayed at the hotel for two days. The room was absolutely huge, with a nice sunny balcony. The thermal baths are very nice featuring whirlpoos and a cave with a waterfall. Breakfast was very nice with the only improvement being the below average coffee. The hotel has a big underground garage where you can park your car for a...

The hotel itself was clean & efficient. But one had to ask for everything. There was no information folder in the room, and no signs at all in English. This hotel seemed to cater for the domestic & German elder market. The rooms were clean & pretty ok, breakfast was not to my taste! The breakfast staff were nice, the...
