We stayed in Rm 216, a huge room with 15' ceilings. One drawback: poor internet in the room, but fine in the lobby lounge and the 3rd floor deck. The hotel has an elevator, parking was 8 euros, and the room was 110 euros. The real bonus was the staff, everyone was wonderful! We especially liked the woman who prepared breakfast and the receptionist. The location is perfect for wandering around the central city on foot; you don't need a car. Sadly, all of the hot springs were closed due to Covid, but the hotel has a fantastic big hot tub and sauna on the third floor rooftop deck. Massage is available too. The breakfast is made to order. We had eggs, great bacon, ham, toast, and all of the ususual sweets. Good coffee too! Highest recommendation! Sorry we missed the termes however...

The Signora greets guests personally. A personality who with sympathetic routine, charm and humour immediately gives guests the feeling: here I will feel comfortable. The feeling is not deceiving, everything in this house is right, from the size and cleanliness of the rooms to the homemade soap in the bathroom. Special requests are fulfilled whenever possible, so we were allowed to take our breakfast half an hour "ahead of time": Grazie! Top restaurant recommendations are made. We will paste the handwritten invoice (!) into the photo album. A hotel with great repeat potential.

By chance I chose to stay at the Acqui hotel having been attracted by the fact that the structure has a wellness centre, and once I arrived I realized everything else and it was great: a superlative breakfast, clean and quiet rooms with air air conditioning easily adjustable from the thermostat alone, and last but not least a familiar and accommodating environment represented very well by the owner, Mrs. Gianna: a truly "accommodating" person. Not least the rest of the staff. I already know where I will stay when I return to Acqui Terme. Another family awaits me.

We arrived her with our entire family, Aurora, Gianna and Elsa were lovely. They immediately accommodate our vegetarian requests, cooked for us amazing meals and made us feel at home. We loved staying here and would like to come back soon. Acqui is also a lovely little town, with an amazing park with a Roman ‘Acquedotto’. A truly superb family weekend: calm, surrounded by beauty and amazing food.

Adorable weekend with relaxation in the SPA inside the hotel, small but
Pretty.
We were struck by the wonderful welcome of Mrs. Gianna, owner of the hotel for 3 generations, who illustrated the peculiarities of Acquiterme with a unique and rare kindness and passion.
Cleanliness from 10 and breakfast from 10 and praise, even freshly made zabaglione with Marsala and hot coffee, mythical, tasting of exquisite cheeses with homemade mustards, bread, cakes and jams made by them, all exquisite and served with attention to detail that testifies to the passion for this activity carried out with love. Great for an autumn weekend taking advantage of the colors of the foliage, but we will also be back in spring.
It is an experience not to be missed, I recommend it.

I would have liked to try this hotel, but I was never able to book. Since January I have been told that the hotel is full throughout the month of September and to contact them again in April. What I have done. There I ask for the month of October and again it is not possible. I wanted to book with a WONDERBOX whose gift voucher was only valid for this hotel. The requested dates could be booked on other sites (Booking style). When you don't want WONDERBOX, you don't become a partner. The boxes are not made to play the role of dishonest service provider.

We stayed for 12 days and loved every minute. The food is exceptional - all homemade and prepared with so much love and care. My son has a nut allergy and the staff were extremely careful and aware. The staff in the rest of the hotel are all kind and helpful. The massage was incredible. The location is perfect and the town is so special - a great community. We cannot recommend this highly enough!

I stayed for almost two weeks in a warmly lit and comfortable room with king size bed. Housekeeping was excellent. Spacious common areas are well appointed. As part of a large group, we had family style meals every lunch and dinner. I enjoyed many cappuccinos and chess games in the beautiful den. Relaxing outdoor tables were perfect for an afternoon wine, reading, or enjoying fresh air.

FOOD: All food was fresh and home made. Breakfast was chosen from a variety of pastries and cold and hot dishes. Lunch and dinner were three courses + salad. No meal was ever repeated and every taste was a delight. An extensive wine list highlights the region’s well known varietals.

SPA: The rooftop spa is an intimate wellness experience. You can enjoy the sundeck and large jaccuzzi with vaulted ceilings. There is also a light therapy shower, regular shower, sauna, and contour chairs. Reana gave some of the best massages I’ve ever had.

FAMILY: It is difficult to put into words the amount of warmth, care, and enthusiasm offered by every staff member. The owner, Gianna, exudes joyful enthusiasm. She gave me a special treat by demonstrating hand made pasta making technique. Aurora, Nadia, Enza, and Memo are all new family members you will come to know.

CONCLUSION: Do yourself a favor - stop reading this and book your stay now. You will leave feeling with wonderful memories and some new life-long friends!

This Hotel has been a blessing.

Excellent price-quality ratio.

The staff extremely kind, joyful and always ready to help you with a smile.

The rooms and the level of hygiene (SPA included) from 1 to 10: 10!

Breakfast is delicious because they serve handmade breads, cakes and jams.

The honey is genuine and 100% Italian.

The coffee is delicious. Both American style and espresso.

If one wishes to have scrambled eggs, omeletes or crepes, one can order them and they will be served freshly made. They also serve local cheeses and excellent salads on the menu.

Dinner was described to me by those who had it, is of the same "nature". Sublime.

The location is perfect. Central but not noisy.

I will definitely return there to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We booked this hotel the day of our arrival just by looking at the location and the availibility of a parking. We could not have been more lucky. We were received with tea and cofee with cookies. Parking was made available and we were shown the beautiful new Spa facilities and the roof terrace.
The rooms are simple but the breakfast was the best we ever received in Italy in a hotel of this standard. Warmly recommended!

C'è una zona a 20 metri dove si può parcheggiare (senza pagare) oppure è possibile chiedere un posto auto a pagamento in hotel. Noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina fuori, c'è comunque sempre posto. Buona vacanza!
