Hotel located slightly outside the center. But to call tranquility and silence is in an optimal area. We stayed in a superior room with all the comforts quite technological. Rich buffet breakfast and especially I was amazed but china of hot drinks with coffee made as at the bar and cappuccino with fresh milk (no powder). All really very good. I would say great value for money and I think to go back.....
We had a great time. Thanks to all the staff all helpful and kind.

· Breakfast in the norm.
Fresh food, delicious croissants,
Underground parking, covered, spacious and secure.
Slightly decentralized location (nothing serious if you like to walk, just a kilometer from the center), if you want peace and quiet, instead of a problem becomes an asset.
Open 24h, so you can come back whenever you want. Large terrace just right for a possible smoker (I think, not being one) or to relax a little before bed.
My room was spacious and with rooms well divided between them, so no suitcases and things hanging good and better.

· I would have liked a little more choice in breakfast.
A strong smell on the outside, I think it's the thermal water, inside no problem though

Large double bed with super comfortable mattress (the mattresses were recently changed, the numerous Swedish customers, generally tall, also favored us Italians).
The junior suite we chose is pleasant and warm even if the heating is already turned off, the staff is very kind. When booking I asked for a gluten free savory breakfast and I found packaged Cereal sg bread, edam cheese and good sliced cooked ham, then if I wanted there was butter and jams, and various types of yoghurt. The maitre also made himself available to get me other types of gf products. No coffee (they also make barley in the same machine).
Overall a good three star, clean and comfortable. A few... too many shouts, in the morning at 8, from one of the maids on the floors... but other than that, our short stay was pleasant.
We will definitely be back.
Prices normal.

I was very lucky to find this hotel on the internet for an overnight stop while on a road trip.

Excellent property. Ease of booking direct with the hotel. Secure parking. Friendly and courteous staff. Smooth check in.

Room well furnished. However, air conditioning/heating control was not effective.

Breakfast was good.

Highly recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Will surely return.

A quiet place to relax. Convenient location for visiting Langhe and Monferrato. Very friendly staff, excellent value for money. The breakfast was good and the dinner was also good, with local dishes; special mention for the ravioli al plin. If desired, there is also a wellness centre.

Stayed in this hotel total 3wks. Great hotel clean & tidy, 10-15min walk from town centre. Staff was excellent, friendly & helpful. Food was amazing, offered to take chef back to Australia with me! Wifi was average depending on where you were located in hotel. Big thank you to Annalisa who went out of her way to help me with absolutely everything! Girls in restaurant Matilde & Luisa were gorgeous very friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stop over for one night during a bike tour of the Langhe. It is convenient, clean and comfortable. A bit outside the city centre to just walk there. They were very kind and provided suitable accommodation for our bikes.

This hotel reminded me of the type of hotel you get on a package holiday not a city hotel. No fundamental problem there though.
The biggest problem was the breakfast it was poor by any standard, but for a large hotel who have the luxury of being able to provide choice it was a very very poor.
Can’t comment on evening meal as took a 20 min stroll into town and was not disappointed.
Car park was adequate

Not worth it. Especially the breakfast was terrible. The scramble eggs; 1st day >9am no eggs. 2nd, 3rd, 4th day burned eggs.
The dinner not to bad, although the salad bar; :( -raw tomatoes and green lettuce- no more or no less,,👎

This hotel offers extremely good value for money. All the staff were very polite and our room was clean, very comfortable, spacious, well planned and had all the basics we needed. We had no problem using wifi in the room. There is plenty of free parking unlike the centre of town which is only a 2 to 3 minute drive away. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and the restaurant served a decent meal in the evening. This hotel is only a short walk away from the popular spa Lago delle Sorgenti which is definitely worth a visit. I will come back to the lovely town of Acqui Terme and I will use this terrific hotel again which offers a great price and value for money!

Secondo me l'accoglienza è stata ottimale.
