We arrived by car after a nice drive through Tuscan villages. The guesthouse is on a cute hill and provides a nice, calm area. Our welcoming was really heartwarming and we were asked what we would prefer for breakfast. We also were provided with tipps for sightseeing and restaurants near the place. The rooms were cozy and clean, nothing to complain at all. The night view of Arezzo is beautiful and we were spending a lot of time on the balcony to see all the shimmering lights. We had the pleasure of self baked goods for breakfast and a rich choice of food. If we had more time to spend, we would've stayed longer than two nights. We will definitely come back. Thanks a lot!

Very nice night at this B&B near to Arezzo. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view over Arezzo and the landscape. The room and bathroom are clean, and the breakfast was good (house-made marmelades!). Gabriella Fiorini, the owner, is very nice and helpful and gives much information about the city of Arezzo and the surroundings, Anghiari for example. Don't hesitate ask her directly if you have any question about a possible stay. I highly recommand!

We were lucky to discover this hidden germ by accident. The location cannot be better -- just 10 minutes drive from the center of Arezzo and yet on the absolutely quet hilltop with spectacular scenery and probably the world's cleanest air. The room decor is modest and tasteful. The Wi-Fi connection functioned perfectly. Highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here my next visit to Tuscany.

If you’re visiting Tuscany with a car, this is a perfect location. Just 10 min drive from Arezzo downtown, but yet completely isolated and peaceful. Do not expect any luxury, but everything is super clean and comfortable.
