Charming boutique hotel perfectly located in the historical area of Arezzo. Our room and bath were uniquely furnished and had nice amenities. Free wifi, breakfast buffet and owners were extremely kind and helpful. You will be glad you stayed here.

Great location and good value. This charming hotel is on a quaint medieval street in one of the oldest buildings in ancient Arezzo. It's just a stone's throw from the Church of Saint Francis and is surrounded by many trattorias, pizzerias, and wine bars. We faced the street and were glad we did! Otherwise we would have missed the mid-morning...

I came to Arezzo to renew my memories of Piero della Francesca's frescoes, which were in the church next door to this wonderful hotel. The accommodations were beautiful and imaginative; the staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful; and the location was perfect. I discovered and learned so much on these travels, and the comfort of this hotel added to my...

Located 3/4s up Corso Italia from the train station it is perfectly situated for a visitor to Arezzo. There are numerous fantastic restaurants within minutes and the best Gelato in town 4 minutes walk down Corso Italia. Pizza by the slice is right outside the front door. Beautiful entrance tells you that the interior and rooms are going to be...

We enjoyed staying at the Graziella Patio hotel. Perfect location in the middle of Arezzo's historic section. Right next door to the Basilica of San Francesco where the beautiful Piero della Francesca's frescos are. Close to excellent restaurants. Our room was very nice. Loved the old stone stairway and thick walls of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Service was very...

Amazing location. Room 103 was large and well furnished. Staff when we visited were well intentioned but did not speak English well. Breakfast room is somewhat depressing and wifi does not work well at all. Still the place grew on us and we were sorry to leave after two nights

This hotel is in the best location, I loved everything. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast great including eggs cooked on request, you can walk to everything and surrounded by great restaurants and shops - not to mention the famous San Francesco church a stones throw away. The rooms have complementary fruit basket, Mac laptop and a bar fridge, comfortable...

Love the hotel location. You can walk to everywhere in Arezzo city! Front desk ladies are helpful and pleasant. Room 101 looks authentic where bed is upstairs and downstairs is the living area. Love the design of the room. Downside is wifi is very weak. I've to place my laptop near the door throughout my stay. It was impossible to...

My husband and I stayed in the Graziella Patio Hotel for one night in July 2014. What a fantastic location right in the heart of the city - only problem was that due to the location parking was not right outside the hotel. We arrived around 1.30pm and drove up the flagstone streets to the hotel, it was lucky that...
