We opted for a room in the building with a view out across the main square of the town and were not disappointed! The view was stunning and we felt right in the midst of things. Good double glazing on the windows meant that we could shut out the noise at night time. We had a very high quality meal...

Dear Mr Paul, The room you chose was an "Emotional" room which we have only three and we are the only hotel with this awful possibility. We are really glad you appreciated it and all other services you had the possibility to use. Thank you for the nice review. Hope to see you soon Simone Parodo Palazzo Guiderocchi

We stayed in Ascoli for. 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The research says that this town is like a mini Rome and that is a reasonable summary. Historical buildings, cobblestone streets interesting museums and winding laneways throughout. The best part of our visit was the lack of foreign tourists, and outside the main square most restaurant menus were...

Dear Mr John, we are very glad to you for the review; we are happy you liked the city and the staying in our hotel. Ascoli is not known as it should be, but people being the first time here, always love this city. "Palazzo Guiderocchi" is in the historical centre, not too far from the train station and can...

We arrived very late on Monday night: they where awaiting for us, ready also to suggest us the way to reach the hotel located in city center ( very close to the main square). The room was clean and extremely comfortable ...and relaxing (also hydro massage bath tube available). Good breakfast with fresh orange giuice (it was only a matter...

For someone who lives in Italy I see a lot of really quite lovely places. Ascoli Piceno is quite simply one of the most delightful towns in the nation. Piazza del Popolo is an extraordinary space surrounded by lovely medieval buildings, palazzi and churches, Palazzo Guiderocchi is one of these palaces and just one hundred metres from the main square....

Absolutely loved this hotel- full of character and in the Old Town- short walk to everywhere. One of our favourite hotels in this Eastern side of Italy. Great aspect looking down the winding street. Rooms are all off a courtyard on 2 levels looking out onto the streets front & back. Ask for a front room towards the town square...

Palazzo Guiderocchi is housed in a magnificent old building based around a central small courtyard. The rooms are sympathetically done so that they fit the character of the structure while being modern and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect being less than 5 minutes from the main centre and well placed to explore the town....

Parking was nearby - ish. Once we got to the reception we were enthralled by the building but then told we were staying in the annexe. To me, the word annexe implies next door, if not at least close by. In this case it was a whole different building several hundred metres away, which was a disappointment to us.

The building is beautiful but could do with a bit of investment. It is in a great location minutes from the main square. The staff are very attentive. Breakfast was a good selection and dinner was fine. I paid a supplement for sole occupancy of a double room, but you would have been hard pushed to get a couple in...

We called this hotel from the road and were able to reserve their last available room on a Friday night. The front desk staff were professional, upbeat and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Excellent location. The room we had was quite large and spacious with a high, vaulted ceiling and large bathroom. I must admit that I had shied away...
