We came here and the hotel is very nice, clean and new. The staff are really helpful and courteous from the bar staff to the reception staff. I pointed out some issue that i had with the villa that we rented, i probably would rent one of the new accommodation as the rest do need updating and were undergoing restoration. The staff went way and behind to rectify the issues. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic, some of the singers were amazing, the kids entertainer were good too. We ate dinner in the restaurant and from the service to the food i would say it was of a very high standards, presentation and service was a match to a Michelin star restaurant and the treatment that we personally received. We went at the end of season so everything was slowly closing for the season, apart from one of the bar closing and the kids entertainer that closed a few days after we arrived, i did not mind it not being mega busy it was quite nice and relaxing.

Stayed in this hotel thru our Italy tour; and enjoyed a lot! The main thing to make this hotel so cozy, feel you like in real holiday and get VIP treatment despite the stars of the hotelโ€”is its staff; especially Rosa in administration team! I honestly recommend this hotel to anyone around the world and especially when you meet Rosa and feel attention to all details. She never forgets your requests, despite the hotel is full of guests, very patient, always smiling and cares about her guests, Giulivo guests. Customer satisfaction is her utmost priority and she is achieving that; now you could argue that does this hotel only relying on one person Rosa? Obviously not; the overall facilities, atmosphere and aura is absolutely perfect and if Management of this hotel has so so successful recruitment system to recruit Rosa; then it tells a lot about integrity of the management! Thanks Rosa , thanks Giulivo for such a warm hosting! I will be definitely coming back InshaAllah ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

Nice staff, long sandy beach, big jacuzzi, small swimming pool but the beach is 2 steps from the hotel, very poor breakfast, better lunches and diners. Small shop with water, fruits etc. next to the hotel. Not recommended for small babies (no playground). For bigger kids- there is a place to play basketball.Every evening dance for kids, water gym, live music.

I was in this hotel between - 18.06-25.06.2018. The hotel has been renovated and the furniture are cheap, but not bad. The food are very very poor, low quality and uniform. They do not even use it a real eggs for breakfast, but use a egg powder. On breakfast there are no fresh fruits. Main salads for dinner are bean and canned corn. When and if there us a tomatoes or cucumbers for dinner as a salads they are old or uncooked. No deserts as a cakes, creams or something. Generally very poor equipped with fruits, which is not enough for people in one table after dinner. No mozzarella, mortadela or something specific Italian as a food. Generally very cheap pasta. The wine and water are not enough for every table, too. The people complain every day and nothing is going happen. In the room you should pay 2 euros per day if you want to use refrigerator. The towels are very short and thin and they are not change every day, may be on time per week. For one week our towels and sheets was the same. If you want to use a swimming pool (which is not clean) you need a hat which is not provide to be buy form hotel. Of course the swimming pool is very small too. The animation are very loud and are in front the hotel until 23:30 h in the evening, which is not convenient if you have a small children. There are a plenty of mosquitoes, but in windows there are no meshwork for them. You need to sleep only with air-condition, which is stop maximum after 2 hours and spirit directly into the bed. The check out is at 10 o'clock un the morning. In the beach you receive one sun beds and 2 chairs with umbrella per one room. There is no place for lunch into the beach so you could order sandwich (two slices of bread with cheese and ham for 3.50 eur), ice-cream from last season and beer, water and coke for drinking. That is all which you could take. In the downtown you could find some open restaurants between - 12:30 - 16:30h. Most of them are closed.
