Detailed Reviews
Visited at the beginning of June 2022. Air +28+30. Water + 22 + 25. Modern hotel by the sea. Great sandy beach. The beach boss Nello is very diligent and very friendly. Vacationers - groups of pensioners from Latvia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria ... English is only spoken at reception. The resort village itself is very quiet and almost empty, the beginning of June is not the season. The only downside is the hotel restaurant. Uses a system of pre-ordered dishes at dinner. They also offered a salad bar, which opens at the very end of dinner, and for which you need to stand in line. For breakfast, because of Covid, or, I suspect, out of greed, the waiter stands behind a tall glass and, with undisguised irritation, gives out a single slice of cheese, salami, and prosciutto. No eggs, just an awful egg powder omelet. Generally, waiters treat guests with arrogance, do not smile, do not know, or do not want to do elementary things (for example, replace the knife after the main course before dessert). E.g. one morning, after the departure of groups of Italians and Germans, all coffee machines suddenly "broke down", only a machine with instant coffee remained. Moreover, one night our group waited for 50 minutes to be served. I had to quarrel at the reception, it helped, and subsequently, the service always began at the set time. The above does not apply to the charming bartender Regina, who serves guests quickly and with a smile in her bar. Also, on our departure, the hotel kindly accepted our late check-out free of charge.

We came here and the hotel is very nice, clean and new. The staff are really helpful and courteous from the bar staff to the reception staff.
I pointed out some issue that i had with the villa that we rented, i probably would rent one of the new accommodation as the rest do need updating and were undergoing restoration. The staff went way and behind to rectify the issues.
The entertainment was absolutely fantastic, some of the singers were amazing, the kids entertainer were good too. We ate dinner in the restaurant and from the service to the food i would say it was of a very high standards, presentation and service was a match to a Michelin star restaurant and the treatment that we personally received.
We went at the end of season so everything was slowly closing for the season, apart from one of the bar closing and the kids entertainer that closed a few days after we arrived, i did not mind it not being mega busy it was quite nice and relaxing.

Spontaneously we decided to relax from the hustle and bustle in Napoli and were able to book the “fitness suite”, the price includes breakfast, two loungers, a chair and an umbrella on the beach (number is allocated). Check-in is at 2pm, Check-out at 11am. Breakfast is rich and there is something for everyone. In the restaurant (lunch and dinner) everyone will find something for their taste. In the evening there is a small disco with dancing and fun. Excursions are offered. The staff throughout the house are incredibly friendly and accommodating. In the hotel, older people are more likely to enjoy their “swimming holiday”. We spontaneously and without any problems extended by a day and would come back. The place is really recommended.

+1
The thing that struck me the most and that will make me return is the kindness and availability in every sector. From the reception, to the restaurant... from the waiter to the lifeguard. All together for one goal and this for what you pay is very important, spacious..clean..modern hotel. Check out later and they gave us more hours of relaxation which never hurts and if they have the good habit of doing this they are one step ahead and I will return often. Clean beach.. dated umbrellas but the important things are different for me. Abundant breakfast and really well cooked food. Modern rooms. Sea within walking distance.
Why 4 stars and not 5?
Restaurant menu... 35 euros per person + 5 euros per person for 2 side dishes in the dining room (without telling us that you paid for it but found out from the receipt) and all this + drinks. I understand that the food is good, but it's not starred and paying 100 euros for food just for lunch or just for dinner for a weekend was something that will never happen again for me, I go down a stone's throw away and the arcades are booming and I'll eat out.
Then I understand that it's September but if you have guests and you have entertainment things must work... you can't hear that the entertainment is on but they don't do anything "because it's the end of the season"... that is, the guests who take the first one in September they do nothing..0 tournaments..0 games.. but ABOVE ALL ZERO SHOWS. Very disappointed by this! Another thing I was disappointed about was that the beach bar barely had coffee and 2 types of ice cream. Other things you had to trace back to the hotel. Do you have a bar? Do you have guests? Replenish it... otherwise there's no point in having it.
Let's say that by fixing these details that I'm sure you will be able to fix... this place could become my place where I will always want to return. But my intent is certainly this.

We stayed in this 4**** hotel for an organized group trip. We were assigned a very comfortable suite with a balcony, the staff were very kind and available for any need, upon my request to have an extra blanket from the second night they made it available to us in the room while we were at dinner. Excellent food for both breakfast and dinner (with a choice of land and sea menus) and with an abundant buffet. Strategic position for moving to the various locations in lower Lazio that we visited. Only two things to point out: 1) for the first two days it was difficult to get hot water into the room, but it was restored on the last day of the stay. 2) the room door opened without swiping the card when we returned in the evening, which didn't happen when we went out and came back in, so it should always be the case for the assigned room.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a few days, an experience I would do again, very kind staff, a truly beautiful, modern and welcoming hotel.
An excellent breakfast, bar always available! Excellent place for a few days of relaxation but at the same time a moment of fun, entertainment staff truly worthy of being called such, fun and kind, always ready to entertain, from the smallest to the largest.
We had checkout at 10:00 but given availability they let us have the room until 4:00, giving us the opportunity to have a few more hours of relaxation!
The only thing to take a little more care is the cleanliness of the room, but otherwise a 10!
We will definitely be back!

There are only two good things to say about this hotel. The beach is really close and it's convenient and the rooks are clean and nice. But the service is terrible and so is the food. And the resort is very small, we were there in September and almost everything was closed, the people are not nice and the service is not good.

I stayed at the property during the week of August for 3 days. The room very clean and well maintained, with blackout curtain and double glazing that soundproof perfectly. The bathroom to review, a bit old-fashioned. Cracks in the sink, rust in the shower cubicle, but it kind of did its part. Good services and helpful and courteous staff. Considerably high prices for the type of structure, which would still need to be restored. The lido is well maintained, with umbrella service. Umbrellas I think are 40 years old and a modernization wouldn't hurt. Overall I was fine.

The structure is also beautiful, but unfortunately only that. The sea in front of the structure is not the best and from breakfast to dinner, nothing much. There are no competent catering staff. You can tell by the young age of the boys they serve. It is not their fault, if they were accompanied by experienced staff, they could practice, but they are left to fend for themselves

Buongiorno!!!
per i bimbi e bellissimo animazione competente e gentile
