We were staying here with a group of 20 hungry cyclists. The buffet was very very good. with an ample selection of cold cuts, cheese and salads. Main courses were large and service was prompt. overall the food was the best experience. the rooms were okay but the international TV didn't work nor was the pool open.

We stayed at Ca Fiore for a week in January 2016 as part of a package ski holiday. We chose the hotel solely on it's location to the slopes as I walking in ski boots just isn't enjoyable. Upon checking the reviews I was pleased we had chose the hotel. Upon arrival I immediately fell in love with the place.... More

The same group of mates in the same resort and hotel 2nd year in the row. Once again everything was perfect apart from...weather. Lack of snow this year in the end of January, however Italians can't do anything about this. Temperatures during the day around +5 to +12. Snow was melting, every morning after cold night there was an ice... More

Second visit as there was no snow in 2015 but because the hotel and staff were so good we decided to return this year as the snow conditions were good. Once again Daniel and Alexandria were managing the restaurant and this year we had the added staff personality of Orlando at the bar! They really are a wonderful team and... More

One of 4 Hotels Crystal Ski (see comments on Crystal below) use in Bardonecchia - chose this one as it got the best Trip Advisor reviews. Although it is part of Meditur Hotel chain it feels like a more intimate family run Hotel with just 4 front of house staff - Katya on reception, Orlando behind the bar with Daniel... More

We loved our stay here. It's a friendly and cosy hotel with excellent staff, amazing food, comfy beds and a perfect location for the slopes. Loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of skiing and sitting on the comfy sofas around the fire. Would highly recommend.

Don't normally go back to same place but enjoyed it here 2 years ago so thought we'd try again and didn't disappoint. Great place. Close to ski area.(we were lucky as had some good snowfalls) Excellent food. Traditional style rooms, a little dark but not in much so no big deal. Sauna and jacuzzi just what we needed at the... First impressions were not that good.. not a very welcoming reception and not keen on our room as it was dark and dated with inadequate lighting and no bath, not the sort of room you'd want to spend a lot of time in. However things did look up for us because the beds were comfortable and the shower was very... More
