We recently stayed at Baita Clementi and were very impressed with the wonderful and very helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation in Bormio. Grazie mille to Danielle, Christina and Elisa who made all the difference in our trip. The hotel decor is a little tired, but the staff and the great breakfast... More

Reasonable prices, good food and located a few minutes from old town Bormio. Friendly and really helpful staff. Large parking. Ski bus stop opposite the hotel entrance. Nice rooms for families and couples.

Today the customer service makes the difference and Baita Clementi won our patience prize ;) We asked for room change - no problem, additional table- no problem, a bicycle for rent (in winter ;) - no problem. Everything with a smile and positive attitude. C'grats! The hotel by itself is nice - you can enjoy the wellness area, football game... More

It's our 5th year at this hotel. We (a group of 7 people) have been spending our ski holiday at this place for the past fee years and have always been satisfied. Meanwhile one of the couples have become a baby but as this place is also great for kids, it makes no difference. The location is great - almost... More

The accommodation was in a superior room which was in itself well used but interesting The breakfast experience was not so special to make me want to return. Reception staff while being polite seemed ready to do only what was needed no extra mile from them. The dinner service was haphazard and there was a touch of "Faulty towers" albeit... More

We arrived quite later - after the restaurant was closed - however they quickly set up a table with some food for us. We were on a cycling holiday - the hotel was well geared up for cyclists - Excellent facilities for storing the bikes, cleaning and maintenance tools as well. We were half board but decided to eat out... More

The only thing I really liked was the kindness of all the staff that I met. Everybody was very helpful and I really have nothing to say about that, just thank them. The other things were just satisfactory, but not more... Breakfast was quite OK too - together with usual breakfast stuff (cereals, brioche, cookies, cakes, some fruit, cheese and... More

We spent one night at Baita Clementi during a short trip in the beautiful Central Alps of Lombardy. We made a last minute reservation for a suite to host four people. Monica at the reception confirmed availability via email immediately. Once arrived in Bormio, we took possession of the very spacious suite, made by a living room with kitchenette, dining... More

This hotel is 5 minutes walking from the center of Bormio. We visited in the summer but the hotel is definitively reminiscent of an Alpine ski resort hotel. There is lots of free parking and free Wi-Fi. The approach to the hotel is beautiful with the cascade of flowers off of the front balcony contrasting the sky blue building. The... More
