Friendly staff, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, warm, spacious, balcony, quiet, we got a extra large double bed, it was huge! Bathroom was mobility friendly,
A kettle is not standard in the bedroom, so no tea/coffee making facilities, there is a mini fridge, staff were extremely helpful at all times, no safe in room.
Breakfast was ok for European standards, mostly bread/pastry with some meat & some fresh fruit, but this could be Italian standards,
Would definitely recommend staying in this place, the staff go above & beyond what would be expected, Tony the night staff is an absolute gentlemen, highly recommend staying here

Lovely hotel in the centre of Cassino. Very clean , spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast with homemade baked goods. Friendly helpful staff, Ennio in particular was very accommodating, they really care about their costumers. Would definitely recommend and will be back

The hotel is centrally located in the lovely town of Cassino, known for the Montecassino Monastary. This hotel is clean, well kept, and my room was cozy, yet spacious with a large balcony, AC, big comfy bed. What I liked about this hotel most were the two women hotel receptionists. Both were very helpful, kind and friendly. I don't speak Italian but they were very understanding and helpful, regardless. I have dietary restrictions and they went out of their way to call a nearby restaurant to assist me with my dietary restrictions and language barrier! This was wonderful. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel located right in Piazza Marconi in the city center. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned well and the shower was difficult to operate as there were several mechanisms whose operation was not explained anywhere. In my opinion it is not worth a 4 star rating.

Honest hotel in the central area of Cassino. It makes its with fairly large room and with terrace. Good cleaning of the room.

We booked this hotel last year and stayed here at the end of August. However, when we returned in September it was shortly after midnight and the hotel was closed. When we called the phone number of the hotel nobody answered and we could not enter at all. As an alternative we went to another hotel and got accommodation immediately.However, the worst experience came after. This hotel charged us for a service they never provided.

The hotel is located in the center. It is possible to park right in front of the structure. There are also some places reserved for customers but we did not use them. Very spacious room and bathroom, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Impeccable cleanliness.
The only complaint is that the internal temperature was really very high, even though it wasn't cold at all outside.

We booked this hotel in September 2023, but could not enter because the hotel was locked. There was no information on the door how to enter after their official opening times. The phone number provided next to the entrance we called in vain. Nobody answered the phone and we were locked out.
