Towers hotel is situated right on the stunning bay of Naples. We had a transfer already arranged from the airport via our airline, so the drive from there to the airport was stress-free. The hotel itself is stunning. It has the most exquisite view of Mount Vesuvius across the bay, and all the facilities you could hope for to make your stay worthwhile.

We didn’t really use the private beach because we prefer swimming pools in general anyway, but it’s certainly an option for those who prefer to swim in the sea. The pool itself was such a lovely peaceful area and we never had to worry about being able to get a sun bed, even during peak season in August. The sun beds are such good quality, and free towels are provided by the lifeguard as soon as you walk up. The staff are happy to take drinks/food orders and bring them to you while you’re relaxing by the pool, so there’s no need to keep going back and forth. Occasionally, they also played music by the pool, which gave the area a beach bar vibe. If this is something you don’t like the sound of though, they don’t have music playing all the time because they know not everyone wants it.

The restaurant was really nice, with the friendliest and most attentive staff both at breakfast and dinner. At night, the view from the patio across the bay was sublime. But for us the bar was the pinnacle of our stay. The bartenders were so friendly and we loved going for a drink before/after dinner each night to take in the view and just relax. There were two evenings with a disco while we were there, and they were both so enjoyable. We LOVED having the opportunity to get dressed up and have a great evening!! If anything, we would have loved for there to have been more evenings like that.

The room was air conditioned and had everything we needed. We had a side sea view but it was way more than we ever could have hoped for. A quick walk onto our balcony had us looking out at Mount Vesuvius. Housekeeping were very thorough and it meant that the room always felt clean and comfortable.

We saw a lot of reviews saying that the hotel is too isolated and it is, to a certain extent, but I would definitely recommend not letting that put you off staying here. The hotel provides a shuttle bus from the hotel to the local town of Vico Equense, which is no more than a 5 minute drive. The driver was always friendly, and even though we had to pay €2 per way it was worth it to be able to see the local town and get access to the train station there to visit places like Sorrento, Pompei and Naples. You get dropped off literally outside of the train station, so there’s no difficulty trying to find your way around. We did find that the gap between shuttle buses from 6pm and 9pm was sometimes a bit of an issue but rather than waiting we just got a taxi. If you call the hotel reception, they are more than happy to help organise a taxi on your behalf and the fare came to €15.

The hotel does have excursions available, but we decided to keep things affordable by travelling to places using the public transport. Pompei is around a 15 minute train ride from Vico Equense. Sorrento is about the same in the opposite direction. Naples is a bit further. We visited Capri by getting the train from Vico Equense to Sorrento, walking 7 minutes to the marina, and then taking the 30 minute ferry across to the island. To visit Amalfi and Positano, we actually booked an excursion through the company at Sorrento train station, who were amazing and highly recommended!!

We will certainly be coming back to this hotel. Absolutely no doubt about it. We didn’t want to leave :(

Lovely hotel based on coast between vico equense and castellammare di Stabia.
Hotel is quite isolated but we knew this before we went and there are plenty of transport links (about £5.50 return ticket from castellammare di stabia and Naples on the train). It is a short walk of about 40 minutes each way from the hotel to the station.
We also walked to vico equense so the walk is doable for others complaining about location.
We also went to sorrento and to Pompeii and Vesuvius for the day from the hotel.
Hotel is clean and room changed daily. Breakfast was included and was a typical European breakfast (meats, cheese, egg, breads and pastries).
Also bar snacks available throughout the day and restaurant available at night if you choose not to go out which we ate in a few times.
I would recommend bringing your own towel to the hotel as they do charge the price of €5 per day.
Spa is available if you’d like to use it, private beach and pool are both nice and have sun loungers and umbrellas and can have a dip in the sea if you fancy.
We have found all staff quite helpful and no issues.
We would stay again but would possibly rent a moped next time to save all of the walking.

Nice Hotel with a small private beach.

We paid extra for the sea view with mount Vesuvius in the back drop (the main reason for booking this hotel for us)
Just a really great view to wake up to everyday!
The room was right next to the not so busy pool area which suited us.

The arrival is a bit odd though.
Our taxi dropped us at the beginning of an under ground tunnel.
You have to go under this tunnel and car park to get to reception.

The only gripe with this hotel is that the shuttle bus is every 1 hour and you have to book each time, each way.
You need to get the shuttle bus to get to restaurants and bars etc, as you are out the way a bit with this hotel.
You can charge the shuttle bus charge to your room though, so you don't need to keep paying cash each time.
We ended up calling the hotel when we were near the meeting point and never had an issue getting on board.

The best part is that the shuttle bus drops you right outside the train station.
We took the train to Mount Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Pompeii...It is so cheap to travel and we took the train most days, where we would normally get taxis's.

We even fitted in a coach trip to Positano, but not on an excursion and loved every bit of it...such a beautiful place!

So much to see and cannot wait to visit again :)

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a weekend and could not wait to leave by the end of it! The hotel was in a very secluded location and costed us at least 80 euros to get to the nearest town. The beds only came with one flat pillow and the photos of the hotel look completely different to real life. The hotel is very industrial looking and "F**k USA" was graffitied in the lifts and hallway. The breakfast was average but the worst part of the whole experience were the rude and unhelpful staff. You had to ask the breakfast staff multiple times for something before they actually bought it and it always came with an attitude. There was a beautiful view of mount Vesuvius but you were not allowed to sit by the windows. They sit you in a horrible room with moulding ceilings during breakfast instead.

On the last night of our trip there was a loud beeping noise coming from inside the room which woke me up at 7am. I couldn't find the cause of it so I called reception and asked for help. It took 30 minutes before anyone came. The man found that the noise was coming from the safe and managed to remove it. When I spoke to the receptionist when checking out I was met with hostility and she blamed me!! She told me I should've called earlier when I did in fact call her straight away. She had a horrible attitude and couldn't have been less understanding.

I will not be visiting again and I urge everyone to save their money and avoid this hotel.

This is a comfortable hotel that is clean with excellent restaurant. Rooms with a sea view are more than adequate, very quiet and afford a spectacular outlook across the water towards the suburbs of Naples and Vesuvius. The beach area is small but nice and there is a big pool. Priority, however, for the best spaces is given to paying locals rather than hotel guests.

The major problem with the hotel is that it’s very isolated on a busy main road. Unless you have your own transport (which is a bit of a waste around Amalfi because trains and buses are cheap, the roads are busy and dangerous, there’s hardly any parking and it will cost you to park even at the hotel - 5 Euro a night). We expected there to be a shuttle bus from the hotel to the local train station as advertised by the hotel but this had been cancelled due to Covid. This means you have to get a taxi to the nearest transport hub which cost 15 euro each way before you even set foot on a train, bus or boat. We complained to the hotel about the misinformation on their website but they were not interested. I suspect they wanted us marooned in the hotel spending money. Hence their low rating. If you don’t have your own transport, this hotel is not the place to stay to access Amalfi and Naples.

We loved this hotel and the novelty of staying in a converted cement factory.
It is situated on a main road outside the nearby town and so made an excellent retreat after a day's sightseeing.
The grounds are immaculate, pedestrian only and there is a private beach and outdoor pool.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, with very efficient air conditioning and surprisingly hardly any noise from the road making for a good night's sleep.
The food is excellent - we ate there every evening - our table facing Vesuvius, watching the boats and the lights round the bay. Very relaxing.
We also took advantage of the special offer to use the spa facilities, which was lovely and very reasonably priced.
For sightseeing, we hired a car, which we picked up and dropped off at the Airport. At the hotel, there is a large underground, secure car park (extra charge) so no problem with parking. For travellers without a car, the hotel reception can arrange sightseeing trips, but the most cost effective way to get around is to take the hotel shuttle bus to the local town, Vico Equense, (small charge) and catch the train.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. For the majority, Italian is their first language but most speak English as well.
The hotel is also very popular for wedding receptions. They are held in a separate annex and do not particularly impact on the regular hotel guests. It's a stunning setting for the wedding photographs and we really enjoyed the firework displays.
In conclusion, a fantastic holiday!

Let me start with the positives. The views can not be beat outside or from your room window. The location is spectacular. The folks working at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner worked hard to make the stay pleasant. Angelo at the front desk was eager to be helpful when needed. Our room at a walk in closet area. It appears that most of the time, energy and money have been put into the outside while parts of the inside need maintenance and updating. We had a party of 12 adults & 4 children with 6 rooms. Two of the six rooms only had a trickle of water in the shower, not enough to even wash your hair. At my brother’s suggestion, he was given a key to a smaller room to use just for the shower but kept his larger room when maintenance was unable to correct the shower issue. The bathrooms are quite dated. The room itself is bright, decor, tv etc basic. While in the lobby we heard another guest ask when his a/c would be repaired since he had not had any cool air going on two days since water was leaking into his room from the a/c. This morning, behind the lobby there was water pouring out of the ceiling from the a/c vent, buckets were set up. One bucket was overflowing so I let the front desk know so it could be emptied, to prevent more from spreading out over the floor. I’m sure the pandemic has put a financial crunch on many hotels. Hopefully now that business is booming some funds can be put into the needed interior repairs & updates.

Hotel located right on the Mediterranean Sea. Large rooms with large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Inside common areas are very large and decorated very modern but a bit dated. Rooms had tubs, which I loved after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was terrible with few choices and not tasty and basically no service but they did serve your breakfast at the buffet so there is no self service. Had a coffee machine with different coffees but served it in paper cups, which was the first time that happened in a hotel. If you ask them, they will bring you a regular cup and saucer. Buffet basically was watery scrambled eggs, different kind of rolls, croissants, juice, various pastries that I didn’t want to waste my calories on, whole fruit, ham, salami and cheese. Nothing was really tasty though. Employees were sleepy and not helpful. We would NOT stay here again and I personally don’t recommend it. I have to say that we had dinner there one night and it was good.

Upon arrival it is slightly odd as you have to travel down a tunnel to get to it as it is next to the main coastal road which for some rooms could be quite noisy.

The check in process was quite slow and we waited over 15 mins to check in as only one desk was working due to the Covid. The check in when it happened was smooth and Simona was lovely. We were upgraded to another room and the views across the bay and on to Vesuvius are nothing short of superb. The only down side was that, as an ex concrete factory, the balcony was built quite high and restricted the views of the bay significantly. You cannot see anything if sat down.in the chairs!

The room itself was reasonably well appointed and was very clean on arrival. The cleaning across the week though wasn't off the highest standard and it felt like it was just a quick towel change and wipe. At no point was any hoovering undertaken. So much so that my partner split his foot open on some glass on the floor which had not been done by us.

The beach itself is a man made beach which has 2 entry points. One is by steps that have quite a lot of algae on them and can be slippery. The other is accessed via rocks that are sharp, I cut my foot, so tread carefully.

I would suggest you have a car as the hotel is a little out of the way between Castella and Vico Equense if you want to explore or have dinner elsewhere. The car park is an additional 5 euros.

All in all as a base it wasn't a bad hotel it could just be a little better.

We stayed in a sea view hotel and they were kind enough to change hotel rooms because we didn't want to be on the ground floor. The view is really nice overlooking Naples bay with the vesuvio as a back drop. The decoration is a dated and could use renovating. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.
