Dear All, This hotel was truly a wonderful experience. Very centrally located in the historic, lovely and picturesque town of Castiglione del Lago which I recommend on any trip to Umbria. The sister and brother who run the hotel are welcoming, organized and willing to help you with all your touristic inquiries. They also provide transport to and from the...

The Hotel is centrally located. The Proprietor was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Due to immobility of one of our party, a parking slot was provided in the Bank Car Park opposite. He then carried in our luggage. He had reserved us a bedroom on the top floor overlooking the lake but changed this to the first floor due to...

Great family run hotel in centre of old town area of Castiglione del Lago. Owner/Manager extremely helpful. We are family of 4 and stayed only 1 night but would loved to have stayed longer. Spotlessly clean, nice breakfast, and staff helpful with suggestions for restaurants, places to visit, etc. Would highly recommend hotel and beautiful town to visit.

Glad we only stayed for one night, as we were disappointed due to its rating on here. We were able to park the car for free on the out side on the walls, reception was very helpful making sure we had parked in the right place. The air conditioning had been turned off but they were very helpful on putting...

Dear guests, thank you very much for your review on our small and family Hotel. We regret that despite our efforts by giving the room more spacious and comfortable fit not for two but three people, activating the air conditioning at 10 ° C outside just for you, the best and plentiful breakfast, wi-fi, to suggest the best restaurants etc.....

Me and my wife stayed only one night. The rooms are spacious with old ensuite and furnishings but very clean. The continental breakfast is also good. There´s no lift so you have to climb some steps to go to the rooms Very friendly personnel. A good price for a 3 stars hotel.

Stayed for two weeks in this charming hotel. The location is superb with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and came with a view of the lake! Castilglione is really handy for trips to Perugia and Cortona. We also went to Florence (1 hr30min) and Montepulciani in the Val D'Orcia which is less than...

Great 2 week stay, this hotel is situated inside the medievil walled village and suited our needs with lovely hot cappuccinos for breakfast and good WiFi reception, better than other hotels in the area. They also have a new apartment which would be great for two people. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The lake is beautiful however the beaches...

Its 10 years since we last stayed at the Hotel la Torre and we were not dissapointed. The heating/ac was working efficiently. Large bedroom with a large shower room, has TV, free WiFi, hairdryer and plenty of hot water. Family run, and they speak english. Booked directly with the hotel and it was cheaper than Hotels.com and Booking.com. Cumfy beds,...

In such a small town, it was great to have a hotel in such a central location. We had a spacious room, with a view of the lake through the buildings opposite. The staff were always friendly and willing to advise on places to eat etc. We were lucky enough to be there during an eco chocolate festival which meant...
