Very overpriced for the sometimes poor service standards. Some staff were curt and dismissive. I was left to haul my heavy luggage up the staircase (no lift) while the male reception attendant paid no attention and provided no assistance (though a different attendant was more helpful when we left). I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel through...

Villa Gaia is a beautiful ''small'' (12 room) hotel located in the city of Cefalù just a few meters away from the beach and about 15 min. walk from the city's medieval center. Our room was clean and spacious (big) with functioning AC. The same was the bathroom. We had a balcony with partial view of the sea. The every...

OMG! What a great surprise to find such a nice small hotel across from the beach at Cefalu, with free parking and reasonably priced. This was my second trip to Cefalu and I was anxious because the previous place I stayed across from the beach was not very nice, more expensive and I felt that I had been ripped off.....

Well located on good beach close to Cefalu old town. Excellent helpful friendly manager and staff. Only 9 rooms and 3 suites so good personal service. Extensive breakfast buffet choice on terrace overlooking the sea - a good start to the day.

The staff was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The room was a good size, clean and fully stocked. Refrigerator with cold drinks, and a safe for valuables. Parking...

A wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel! Perfect location! Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent showers. But what made our stay the best was the hotel staff, everyone was wonderful, but there was a woman who unfortunately my husband and I cannot remember her name, long dark hair, very good English, and wonderful service, you know who you are!...

Just a short walk into the city center and right by the beach. Our room face the front of the building with a view of the water. Giorgio, the manager was very helpful and patient even helping me print out boarding passes. Breakfast was also very nice. The room was large with a sofa like a mini suite, and very...

My husband an I spent three nights in late November in this small, clean, friendly and perfectly located hotel. The best thing about this hotel is Georgio the manager who is friendly and attentive and goes out of his way to help in any way possible. The lovely young lady Dana who looks after the breakfast is also very friendly...
