Our small tour group spent time learning the Italian slow food philosophy, and local production of foods. We then were instructed by Stephano and prepared a delicious 4 course meal. It was an informative, delicious and memorable visit.

We spent a refreshing afternoon talking about food and agriculture, the purchasing power of consumers and the small changes we can all make to ensure a vital marketplace for small businesses. Then we started cooking! We met the maker of the cheese from down the road, made Sienese pasta, loads of sausages, learned a revolutionary way of making pesto, a...

We had a most enjoyable, fun afternoon at this Agriturismo. The hands-on cooking lesson was presented in such a great way, with good humor yet exacting skills! The lunch afterwards, served with local wine was delicious. We did not stay over night here so I can't rate the hotel. But I would stay if another chance came along.

We visited this farm in a group. Over appetizers and wine Stefano shared the philosophy of "Slow Food". He gave a greater understanding of how the practice of sustainable agriculture benefits everyone. We went and made our own lunch so we could see that simple organic raw foods can be made into delicious meals quite easily.

Was part of a cycling tour group and this was our base for a week! What a delightful farm, complete with farm animals & a donkey named Gigi! The rooms were spacious & spotless. Good water pressure in the shower. The grounds were well kept & the pool was a refreshing sight at the end our long rides! Hearty buffet...

We were with a GAdventures local living group and had a great time here. We especially enjoyed the cooking class presented by Stephano. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience the local culture and cuisine of Tuscany.

I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law for four days in August. We had such a wonderful time! The staff couldn't do enough for us...and the food was amazing. Pace yourself!! Their red house wine was reasonable and very good. They have a nice local white they offer too as the house wine. Stefano, as others have said, is...

My family stayed here for four nights in July. We have a daughter (4) and son (14). From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into this magical place. Simone and Stefano had a quick espresso with us before we were shown to our apartment (the apartments are actually at a partner location). They joked with our children and made...

thank you for the appreciation, and I am happy that you have understood the specificity and carattersitiche my farm ....... + easy for Italians because they know what it means to "agriturismo", which is no better or worse than a normal hotel .. ... only different and with characteristics related to organic food, the production of raw materials directly in...

As a former reviewer said, La Pietriccia "a little piece of heaven". It is way more than I expected! I recently went on a G Adventures tour and stayed for a good 5 nights. The view is breath-taking, the food is amazing (best meal I ever had!), the pool is perfect on a hot summer's day, the rooms are clean...
