On first entry, the place looked very welcoming and homely. We felt settled immediately. To enjoy the excellent produce of Tuscany, we needed a proper kitchen. The kitchen did not disappoint! We stayed for 10 days and used this as our base to travel around Tuscany. Mr Raffaele is a lovely man - he greeted us with olive oil from... More

We stayed here for almost a month in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. We had our children and grandchildren visit us here and we all had a great time. Raffaele, the owner, was amazing and really made our trip. He told us about all of the wonderful restaurants and sights to see. He also arranged for a private chef... More

Our host was very nice he informed about everything we should know about Tuscan attractions. He also offered dinners for us with special Tuscan meals. The house was huge... More

I was fortunate to discover this lovely villa in the Tuscan countryside for our four-week stay. It is situated about 4 km from Chianciano which has a quaint "old town" and the views over the surrounding rolling hills of various cultivations are superb. We were a family of six adults and three children and it was made so enjoyable because... More

Podere Il Biancospino was everything we wanted, a nice house in a very nice region. The owner Rafaelle welcomed us with fresh tomatoes, eggs, nice wines and delicious italian olive oil.
